Lemmens - Interlude

In the video you can hear a composition, Interlude, by Jacques Nicolas Lemmens, Belgian composer and organist, who lived in the nineteenth century.
Played by Luca Raggi on Hauptwerk system, sample set of Cavaillé-Coll organ, Church of Saint Stephen, Caen.

It is entitled "Adoration" as part of the Christmas Offertorium and is followed immediately by the "Chorus of Shepherds" in the Arthur Purcell edition (Publ. J H Larway, London) There is a lot of Lemmens available from IMSLP and the composer is one of my favourites for writing music playable on small organs (Probably intended for Harmonium)
