I was telling my mom about low energy levels and she mentioned that everything stems from the liver - if the liver isn’t clean you can’t absorb vitamins and nutrients or water so any supplements are useless because it’s not being absorbed. She said celery, cucumber and parsley juice every morning for 1-2 weeks can flush it all out! She’s an expert at holistic health so I’ll be trying it this week ☺️

When I worked at a juice bar customers would drink between 16-32oz every morning mainly just celery and yes it will clean you out. Once you drink it please go straight home after lol

all my mentors I found organically but I would reccommend joining pilates studios or different clubs or attending different women's eventsvthat allow you to strike up a conversation with someone!
