The term for that cute little corner you made is actually called Hygge. I believe it’s the Scandinavian term for warm and cozy space and wellbeing. I did my dissertation on it and how it affects mental wellbeing. I love the idea of a little cozy corner. It helps with compartmentalization within the home.

I think wood therapy and lymphatic drainage/massages will help bring all the work together I’ve been implementing. I’ve had C-sections and been losing weight, I’m feeling so much happiness and confidence! I can’t wait to book an appointment for my birthday at the beginning of summer!
I also find that when the way I start my day aligns with the way I end it I feel more at peace.

Loved this video, I would love to know if you prefer a personal trainer over Barry’s? I know having a trainer is more personalized but Barry’s provide strength training as well as a class? So I would like to know the pros & cons
Honestly both offer AMAZING benefits! I love being in a class, getting to know people, and having a set time. With a personal trainer, you get that individualized plan to achieve your goals! I would commit yourself to Barrys for like 2/3 months and then graduate to personal training!💗
