Lauren write us a book please🫶🏽 You are so full of love, light and wisdom.. She and Monica have so much wisdom and I love to hear them speak. This was wonderful Lauren, we all love to hear you speak & tell your truth💟
Yes!!!
Yes please LL ❤
Yes, Lauren, please do❣️
Wisdom?? LOL, go look up the definition of wisdom please. Nipsey had wisdom, she's just a trauma queen. Trama queens love to be victims and live in the past.
I would definitely read that.... WE LOVE YOU LAUREN❤
She is the first person to ever give Lauren a proper intro the words she spoke over her was so meaningful n true that was so sweet
“The reason why certain things happen to me is because I’m supposed to be relatable.” My life summed up. WOW.
Lauren the title of your book should be “footsteps on the path to god” !!!! This interview was phenomenal and very intentional really needed!
Lauren has been my bestie in my head since I was in high school. I’m 35 now 🤭💕 I don’t skip a project or interview. I’ve noticed she always touches on childhood trauma, but never goes in depth. The natural, curious side of me always wonders what she’s referring to. I wonder if there’s any similarity to what I’ve dealt with. I hope she does write a book. I read Jadas book when it came out and bought the audible. It was beautifully written and narrated. I can totally see and hear Lauren doing the same. I hope 🤎 … great interview and listening skills 💐
Her vibration is so felt !
Right???
Agreed 💙
The rawness of her grief is because she carries her emotions at the depth of the ocean floor. Not many people can meet us there, thats why it still weighs heavy to this day. Healing is not linear, we should always have compassion for self and others 💛
🤍🤍🤍Listen… I watched this video whilst doing the laundry. All I kept doing is noddin’ my head “yes!” What a spiritual growth! God puts you in situations where you HAVE to turn to him! You have NO choice! That’s what Ms. London taught me. Life is not guaranteed y’all! She’s bruised, not broken. All of our experiences make us who we are. Ms. London sharing her story made me look at her as a PERSON, A WOMAN, a SPIRITUAL BEING, & A SISTA FRIEND! Keep goin’ Ms. London. You’re an inspiration, and you have NO IDEA how this impacted me!🙋🏾♀️💯🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🤍🤍🤍
I wish I had a lauren in my life. Every interview, I learn something from her
🤍🤍🤍If you don’t have a “Lauren” in your life, BE the “Lauren” in YOUR life!💯✌🏾🤍🤍🤍🤍
That fear factor. That need for control is attached to abandonment wounds. You really got to go back in your timeline to when the trauma first formed and give your inner child alot of love, let them know we safe now and then release it. Surrender rather than resistance. Sending love to anyone going through it at the moment 💛
LAUREN!!!! This interview right here is the one. Wow! Thank you for your time and your insight. You are relatable. So many grieving women need to hear your words, witness your journey of healing and resilience. Girl, we just love you and we are for you. ❤
When Lauren talk I listen and take notes! Her poise and wisdom brings GREAT PEACE! I wish her the best of luck in her season of reprogramming herself…
Phenomenal interview that got to the core of the reality of beginning the journey back to your heart in this system. Peace, love, light and eternal growth!🎉
Thank you! Glad you loved it!
So glad to see Natalie on screen!! She’s truly gifted at this and the quality of the interview speaks for itself 🎉
I really love the moments of silence where Natalie allowed Lauren to think & I love how those weren't edited out. I feel like a lot of people fear silence & stillness and they're both needed. For me, anyway.
I enjoyed those moments as well!
This entire program read me........brought me chills hearing these gems "wordly"
This is by far my favorite Lauren interview now.
I love hearing from Lauren 🥹🤍✨
Love lauren’s energy so so much. Everytime i watch an interview with her i just know i’m gonna learn something. her whole energy gives me calmness
“Footprints on the path to God” he is the lighthouse and we are his reflection! You couldn’t have said it better! Thank you for your light reminding me that I too am a light in his reflection 🙏🏼🤍 Amen Lauren
Lauren London is light! This was such a deep conversation not an interview and I enjoyed every minute. Thank you!
Her journey glows within us all. Thank you still
Lauren is phenomenal. I have the upmost admiration and respect for her.
Love this interview my Respects to Lauren .
Notes for host ,
You don’t have to comment “mmm” or “ya” with everything the interviewee says. It’s okay to let them speak you’re providing validation with your presence and comments from personal aspect. You’re doing great !!
They have a sisterhood; not strangers. I believe that’s something that’s naturally flows with your girlies. It’s organic. Doubt she’s like this with all guest and if it bothers anyone that much maybe find another host to rally behind. To me, this felt genuine and flowed.
@gardenmedia, why am I crying right now? I have saved this video in my Playlist! I can feel Lauren whole self inside/out sent chills every word she spit out! Thank you for helping my anxiety of having to experience trauma in my own life. You are helping the world heal with you. May GOD continue to use you as a vessel in so many lives. Thanks for saving my life tonight.
Best LL interview & its not even close." We always afraid to be who we really are" is a bar". Thanks for asking such good questions Natalie. LL da lighthouse!!
I needed to hear 45:39 “its perspective” and its expansion. As a single mom to a 2-year old, I can be limited in my mindset in what can’t be anymore, not recognizing what I’ve gained as a mom that I didn’t have prior to her 💕
Yesss🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽I needed that too
Love the fact how she's mention that "Her children are teaching her how to play." & ofcourse how much the are teaching her. That was so beautiful ❤
Amazing conversation! Love that we get to see an in depth side of Lauren and Natalie! Also mad respect because these conversations aren’t easy to navigate
Couldn't agree more!
Lauren just nails it. Yes please write us a book Lauren.
Lauren, thank you. You are relatable. ❤

True self-evolution begins when we challenge the beliefs holding us back.
As Epictetus said, 'It’s not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.'
Cultivate resilience by shifting your mindset, and watch limitations dissolve into growth opportunities
This was so good! It spoke to my soul💛
This blessed me🤍🌱
I loved this so much 🥰
Such a beautiful soul❤
“It’s not the person it’s life manifesting itself” “life is for you not against you” whew omg
39:28 ....... We are not on this quest........God is not asking us to do something, he is asking us to be someone. Its not about the doing, its about the Being
Footprints on the path to God 😮💨
29:19 DID YALL HEAR THAT LORDDDDDD

I had to pause the video…
40:12 “The reason why things happen to me is because I’m suppose to be relatable…”

SOCKET
I wonder what she got to say about her “friend” diddy . 😢
I hope she takes accountability for the role she played as a woman I understand she's a lover girl but I don't understand why these women chase after hood dudes why would you associate with an gang member. Both of you caused this pain on your family and yourself. Why would Nip put himself in that situation he has kids...
Put himself in that situation????? He was standing outside of his business, in a neighborhood he grew up in…. You’re sick asf, and you commented multiple times with nothing but negativity… I’m sure she didn’t fall in love with him because he “was a gang member” but maybe he was a good guy? Maybe he had a good spirit? Maybe his intentions were pure? You can’t blame this woman for falling in love. And you can’t blame him for another man’s disgusting actions .
@@LondonDW why was he beefing with the guy before he was shot the interview with Sam he said it was drama the day before childish immature ASF I said wtf I said
Judgement is easy when you’re not a part of someone’s life and observing from the outside. Just because they’re not saying what YOU want them to say doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. Chill..
@@TyairaSmith-kq6kv he was not beefing with the man who shot him the day before 😂 I’ve watched Sam entire interview TWICE, maybe you should go rewatch it as well. But my point is not solely about nipsey, it was more so on you blaming this woman for who she fell in love with , again your sick asf.
is this damage control from the other interview she just did?
She was friend with diddy they all going down and at the parties
These women are all on the fake spiritual journey 😂
A woman of faith? Well you should've went after a different type of man... Not a thug
You were raised with both parents, parents married and they taught you and raised you perfectly huh? You’re perfect right now huh? Never made or went down a wrong path.
Jesus only came for the perfect ones huh? Oh ok……
I was left wanting more from Lauren after hearing her podcast with Radhi🤍 so so glad to hear more of Lauren’s wisdom! She really needs her own podcast! 🌹
