If you know she lied to congress and that is a crime, you must charge her, as no one is above the law. We see so many people on both sides lying with no consequences. Lock her up for 9 months.

As much as I detest Granholm, a $2000 oversight looks more like a mistake than an attempt to break the law. She had just divested $1.6million for heaven’s sake. I’m a republican and this is just sad political theater.

every admin is supposed to do that. they all claimed they did. none of them did. they were all filthy with oil stocks and futures and hands in oil companies, and cut that pie up before they even got there.

Here's the problem I have with all of this government crap. If they caught red handed with something, their options are to step down or resign. The option should be jail time like the rest of us. We NEVER see that.

If the police pull you over for speeding and they have it on radar, you broke the law and must be fined. It makes no difference if you thought you were going under the speed limit.

It makes a difference if you have a legal file you can hold over the head of the police officer. It makes a difference if you control the prosecutor's reelection probability. It makes a difference if you had the FBI put child porn on the Judges computer and then quietly told him he was going to prison if he didn't do the "right" thing. It makes a difference if you are silent part owner of the newspaper and threaten to go after the police department for racial brutality. Corruption makes a BIG difference.
