Mix the abra teleport with the goku instant transmission and use it on a exploding golem to save silly ash even tho it should be a scyther to make the cell reference but he don't learn explosion. I love this part of Pokemon, like you could have a pokemon with a literal functional chainsaw that can canonically and in lore cut through steel like butter. But since they don't got hm cut, they can't cut down a damn tree

Some pokemon should have those HM abilities as passives. Like they aren't attack moves, just things they can do. Actually this should just be how it works. All HMs should have just been inherent abilities.
And this is why in Gen 2 the Safari Zone was closed in the OG s cause you could learn SURF in reality with some Pokemon and avoided getting scammed going there forcing you buying an ticket and finding the Secret House 🤣
The worse part is that it should work with any attack that can cut as razor leef or slash, but no, only works the worse cutting attack, and the fact that in the anime Ash's Bayleaf cut a cage and that Kiawe's Charizard try to cut something which I don't remenber it's name doesn't help at all
