It would have taken me a lot of aggravation to figure this out without RUclips. How you guys did is beyond me. I almost went back to proprietary radios because of their simplicity and no-computer-required ethos. But the Jumper T15 piqued my interest, and so it deserves an effort. Thanks for the walk through.
I always type in my wifi settings when Im connecting to an elrs device for the first time, so that it will connect to my wifi instead of me having to connect to it. Then you can flash it directly from the configurator, or go to the web ui without loosing your internet connection.
i had a drone sitting for over a year and got it bound because of this video!!! great directions. I have the radiomaster zorro 4-1 so i had to update the module
Everything went smooth till updating the receiver on the flight controller. I'm not sure which option to choose on device. For device category I choose radiomaster 2.4 ghz, but device there's no name brand not sure if I gotta choose radiomaster rp1, rp2 rx. The receiver is 1 wire antenna
Great step by step instruction! Many, many thanks! Please also make sure under CRSF settings that transmitter and receiver are set to the same channel. Had a case where my transmitter was on CH0 and receiver on CH1. In close distance they connected but when I tried to fly I only had about 5m range with my Radiomaster ER5C-i receiver. When both are on same channel I have more than several hundreds of meters/ yards range. I am a beginner and trying to learn ELRS.
Wow, did a great job, really useful for us beginners. You didn't assume we knew any steps and validated everything worked, I definitely subscribed to your channel. Only complaint was the background music, that's probably just me, just found it distracting, although you were very clear, enjoyed and learned from your video.
I successfully built my binding phrase and everything is good but my express lrs content isn't showing when I enable it on my RM Pocket.. what am I doing wrong with the radio? It used to show it before when I tried it last time. This time the WiFi connectivity isn't showing up with the little Express lrs option to connect. Please help me 😢
Hey it's a great video also if you can make a video on the squid stick if you have it because it is a great device but when I upgrade the radio expressLRS I can't connect the stick no more. Anyways thank you.
after updating wifi firmware on radio I have restarted it and then I have downloaded lua script which like you say replace I replace it from then I am not able to turn on external RF ExpressLRS.. it wents in loading... can you please help :(
i tried updating using your steps but when i get to the elrs site and hit update, i get an error message saying that update failed cannot read firmware. any ideas?
Hi👋, I have a boxer,and with the "driver fix" i have updated the edgeTX firmware. Now i try to update the elrs but i still have the driver problem,when i plug in the radio when its power on in serial mode(it also dont ask me for usb mode,i must make it self in the menü). All other works great👍. I can see the folders from the radio,can copy things,usw .. But with the sml32 bootloader on the pc i have problems. Is there any way to update the elrs without direkt connection to pc? (Updating like edgetx direkt from radio?) And is there a way to make the menü in the radio writing german? (Sound is in german,but the menüs are in english) Have anybody a idea? Thanks a lot🙏

Make sure that the internal RF option is enabled in the model settings.
Just making sure does this upgrade my controller from 2.x to 3.x. So then it will work with my hummingbirdv3 (v3.1)

I am using Radiomaster Boxer with Firmware Rev. 3.3.0 and I am getting the UPDATE ERROR message everytime i am trying to update the firmware !!!!
