I actually haven't seen a proper snow fall in the midlands for a good 4 or 5 years. 2010 and early 2013 are the only ones I can really remember

"London infrastructure, sometimes cant cope with that amount of snow" ummm I live in London and I know very well that an inch of snow covering is enough to take down schools,transport and flights. HOW CAN LONDON COPE WITH THIS KIND OF WINTER IN THE FUTURE IF THEY CANT COPE WITH 2CM
