Quite a handy video which helped to understand better about the differences between one generation and another generation of hearing aids.
I just got tested at Costco and purchased the Resound One, so they do have the latest stuff at a reasonable price. Their testing was quite good and I felt confident in making the purchase.
@@DrScottYoung The waiting game for the newest tech never ends just like getting a new phone. Maybe you should have an expiration date on your videos.
That's fine...Costco has really cheap hearing aids but that's totally your choice.

Nice information about resound one. Good explanation
When you talk about people having more profound wax build up, how bad are we talking about? If my wax build up is more than normal should I forget about the ONE? I have mild hearing loss, am very active, work in a noisy environment, ski, ride Bikes and hunt so the ONE sounds intriguing with the 3 Mic setup, but, should I be looking at the quattto instead? Thank you!
If you have a lot of wax build up, it's possible that we can have difficulties with the wax getting on that third mic. BUT, I don't even wear the third mic on my ONE hearing aids. So you can do the ONE's without getting the third mic which is still an upgrade. If you can do the ONE's it's a great option. Now, you could try the ONE's with that Third Mic and see how that helps you...if wax isn't a big deal, then you are fine.
Am in a dilemma and is looking for the best hearing aid for my kid as am confused with all the choices available. Nice review

Thank you for the informational video . I am single sided deaf and have a Cochlear implant with Cochlear N7 processor in my deaf ear. I have a high frequency mild to moderate high frequency hearing loss in my other ear. I do have some wax buildup in the ear . I want to hear the best I can in noise . Would you recommend Quattro or One for my ear . I read somewhere some of the hearing in noise features of Resound One would work only if the user uses the HA in both the ears . I just need one hearing aid as the other ear has implant .

That's why Audiologists need an Audiological workup. I cannot diagnose it. Where you live, I am sure the Audiologist can get you fitted with a Quattro or a One that will work with you N7.

I have resound Quattro I like to upgrade Omnia do you think it be a good upgrade? I have a $25,000 surround sound in My Home. I would like to know it will make a difference.
The Quattro to One was not that much of a difference. I have listened PERSONALLY to the difference and LOVE it. I think it's a big difference. Can it be enough for a Surround Sound? I don't know how you perceive things. I know it's MUCH better in noise.

Interesting but why didn't you refer to the fact that the Resound ONE don't have any ITE range of aids. I turned on your video looking for a comment re Linx Quattro ITE range and you had nothing about them.
There is the Quattro that is a custom one that will work REALLY well for you. It's a great tech we still use today...check on that one!
I think you make a mistake when you tell the S20 lost connection (the newest samsung phone)? and the s71 (which doesn’t exist as far as I know, only the A71 an oldy and much cheaper) did work with the Resound ONE? strange story... Don’t you think its a shame these costly Resound ONE (€3.790) don’t work with ALL smartphones?!
Are you asking about them? The S71 was out there...but now it's gone. Now Android has the S21. We haven't seen big evidence one way or the other with the newer S21 on the Resound Quattro or ONE's for disconnection problems.
