Same here. I was conceived by rape. I have been raped several times! I would have never aborted the child, not sure if I would have given it up for adoption or if I would have raised it but never thought about abortion. What would it have solved??? Nothing! And then Even though I was pregnant with my daughter as a grown woman living on my own, no one was happy for me! They told me to get an abortion! I was like WHAT!?? It even kinda hurt my feelings! I am 71 years old. When my oldest daughter was 15 y/o in the eighties she became pregnant. We drove her 100 miles to have an abortion. The next year she became pregnant again with the same young man because they wanted to get married and knew we wouldn’t sign for her to do so. She had a beautiful boy, and when he was 17 months old she was killed in a car wreck on the way to school. Now, I frequently think about what we made our daughter do and I am overcome with guilt and grief for what would have been my first grandchild. My only consolation is my belief that she is in heaven loving and being loved by her first child. I am in tears as I write this because my heart is broken by the horrific choice that we forced on our daughter.

Of course, I’m sure that this could be part of your healing, but I pray that your tears are turned to joy and that your tears aren’t full of pain based in repeatedly beating yourself up. My school and therapist told me that I have the right to an abortion and I wanted one, but at home my family told me not to kill the baby. When I chose the abortion they told me that I need to get a sonogram first when I saw her (she was 12 weeks) I heard her heart beat and she raised her hand and said waved at me, when I saw that i realized that that is a human being that can here me and didn’t want me to kill her. Today she is 8 years old and she was is beautiful and growing just like my second child that was created by me and my husband. I graduated high and yes live was hard as a single mother and then I notice there is more help for women that want to kill a baby then single mothers that choose to have that baby.

I have to be fair, I think the women yelling at her have had many negative experiences to that point so while they're objectively horrifying and rude, I can see how this can happen in a forum like this. To a rape victim, a prolifer can come off as cold and unfeeling. Now the young lady chose to bring up her rape, so she kind of started the fight, but I think this issue is really, really raw for a lot of women precisely because they fear losing the right to an abortion if they are raped. The prolife movement has the better scientific arguments but the truth is abortion as an issue will be won or lost on emotional grounds. I was born with a rare condition (Congenital High Airway Obstruction Syndrome) that should’ve killed me as soon as I was born. Drs & some family members begged my mom to have an abortion, as the dr told her she’d likely die as well. She had 3 other healthy children. She put her faith in God, and we are both still here. Yes life has been really hard, scary, and exhausting at times, but I’m happy to be here. I grew up with a loving family, made a couple close friends, got to see my sister get married, have kids. I still got bad days but when I think about all the amazing things I got to experience & people I got to love. I’d go through all the Hell again if I got the option to decide if I was born or aborted… If that made sense.
I was a heroin baby. I was born addicted to heroin. I wish there was more research on the long term effects of a human developing addicted to drugs. My mom adopted 4 children including myself. We are all drug babies and we all have different mental issues. My sister is bipolar my brother has learning disabilities and I'm autistic. My life is not less valuable. I'm in college getting my degree in Forensic science, I'm helping to raise my niece and I plan on getting my phD in Chemistry.

They should have been escorted out of the room.

@hexl702too5 Of course they have, and of course they are. The words and actions of some doesn't mean everyone with those same opinions/views is the same way. I've seen numerous pro-choicers that get their opinions across in a respectful way while standing firmly beside their views, the same with some pro-lifers. I've had various conversations with people that don't agree with how I see certain things but I personally enjoy hearing or reading their views when they're respectful. Plus I have a lot of respect and admiration for anyone that are firm on their opinions as long as they also remain respectful. There have been times I've listened to someone that sees things differently than me or read what they've had to say with genuine interest because I'm not right all the time, and they've said something in a way at times where it's caused me to think "Hmm, I never thought of it like that." and I end up learning something from someone I overall may not agree with, or I start to understand more why they have those opinions. So I absolutely feel there are a lot of Pro-Choicers out there that are passionate, strong, and vocal about how they see things, but they also show respect while expressing themselves and standing up for what they believe in. That has been shown in these videos as well which is why I have mentioned in the past that not everyone who has asked questions or made statements about how they see things were disrespectful, quite a number of them asked great questions and explained how they see things in a strong but kind and open way. Plus like I mentioned, all Pro-lifers aren't exactly angels themselves. Some have been just as disrespectful and closed-minded as well, which is something I absolutely don't support or condone which is why it bothers me when some act like they're on some kind of overall moral high ground that can do no wrong and say no wrong. Neither side can claim to be that way because neither side is perfect, and I believe neither side can do no wrong and say no wrong. So I love the passion that some people have regardless of which side they're on and I love seeing anyone and everyone express themselves, but there is a line and everyone should make sure they don't cross it.

As someone who has had an abortion almost 4 years ago. . I wanna thank you for this. I live with regret everyday of my life and cry randomly still. I'll never forget the doctor looked at me before I walked out and said " don't ever come here again" I said okay I won't. I have no idea if I did or said anything while I was asleep but I think I might have. I still wonder to this day why he said this to me. I pray God forgives me all the time. In 2019 I became pregnant with my first child, I was still attending university, when I was 7 months pregnant the university told me that they did not have parking spaces for me and I had to walk a long distance from the public parking lot to the university. Parking at that university was limited for professors since it was located in the down town area with little access. A teacher failed me in a class because I didn't attend for 3 days since I was hospitalized due to complications in my pregnancy at 8 months. I had to repeat this class and pay for it with my own money. In 2020 I finished my bacherlors degree, in 2021 I started my master's degree and a month later I became pregnant with my second child. With difficulties I continued, with economic problems I continued and I did not give up. In 2023 I finished my master's degree satisfactorily with an average of 3.50 and now in 2024 I will begin my Ph. D. I had my first child (I am the husband, surely a different experience for my wife, but it was a tough time because we just moved to a new country when I started the Masters) during my Masters and managed to completed my thesis. I started the PhD right after the Masters. Children bring so much joy!
God bless you for sticking with being a pregnant college student despite discrimination and hardship. Sacrificing to work hard and preserverance is something not enough people are willing or able to do. Actually, what you experienced in lack of accommodation for your condition violated Title IX completely and you could have sued both the university and the professor who failed you, and the federal government could have fined the university as well. Colleges and universities, as well as high schools and middle schools that get any federal money at all must accommodate pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, mothers of toddlers, and fathers of infants and toddlers as much as they accommodate students with temporary conditions and chronic disabilities. That includes reserved close parking, access to day care, private breastfeeding and pumping areas, excused absences for their own and their child's healthcare appointments, make up time for missed assignments, tests, etc. for hospitalization, delivery, postpartum care, class schedule flexibility to transport kids to sitters/day care or pick them up, freedom from harassment by administrators, faculty, or other students, transportation if it is offered to other students, and cannot be forced into inferior "alternative ed" classes when they want to continue in the mainstream classes, and much more. It is the law of the land, and most young women do not know their rights when it comes to continuing their education while pregnant, nursing, and caring for children. Too many decide to abort because they believe they will have to drop out of school if they have their baby. BTW, there is federal and in many states also state government financial aid, medical, housing and nutrition support, and more for student mothers and their babies, another too well kept secret the abortion lobby doesn't want potential mothers and fathers to know about.
Why are American students so disrespectful? I saw a video where college students in the Russia were debating communism, and they were very respectful, polite; and minimum interruptions. Even when they did interrupt they apologized.
My mother was on her way to an abortion clinic pregnant with me and a protester stop her and convinced her to walk away and Change her mind. I’m absolutely grateful for having a chance at life🙂. God what a story, and you have a kid in your own bio. You've made such an impact on people for simply existing and your mother almost took that away. I'm a black male and I am on the line of do whatever you do because I have 0 control at the end of the day anyway Because of the judicial system we have for men's rights when it comes down to families. It's unfortunate because we also should have a say so but since we don't carry the child it doesn't matter, but it does matter when we're forced on child support for years because of that situation that happened.

I was a teenage mom of three, and I did not abort any of my children. I am an RN and going for my BSN. You can do it!!! There is help no need to be inconvenienced by pregnancy. If that’s your excuse, if I can do it, and I was only 16. I was only 19 with 3 children. Believe it was hard but I do not regret my children at all… and their dad left me too and abused me!!! My children are great members of society too!!! I have 2 public servants and 1 US Marine!!! Thank you!!! Just think if I would have been selfish and aborted them!!! I’ve heard a lot of failed abortions come out when they’re older and say the same thing. I’ve been through a lot of hell in my life but I am so grateful for every little blessing I have. My husband and I cared for newborns, one at a time, until they were adopted. We worked for Catholic Social Services of Providence, RI. One of our babies was the product of a rape. She is now a grown young woman raising a daughter. She was told of her birth history when her parents made up their minds to explain it to her. Her parents took some counseling to help them deal with this situation. I praise them for doing right by their daughter. They are all part of our lives! We love them all. 👩❤💋👨
The fact that they had to be spoken to like kindergartners about not yelling and taking turns on the mic is crazy and says a lot about the respect these kids have for anyone or human life

My husbands father was a rape child. His mother abused him and resented him for this reason. He was a strong, inspiring and wonderful human being. He then had children of his own and I am so thankful my grandmother-in law chose life. We fight evil (the rapist) not good (life,my father in law). I admit I was once brainwashed by our school system but after learning the reality. I don’t know how you could continue defending this. Especially if you have personally been through this. You know it’s wrong and your gut is screaming through out the entire process. The staff “assisting” isn’t like a normal hospital , it’s not friendly. There is a darkness and this choice is made through fear, fueled by those inflicting the pain.

I'm a Muslim too and I totally agree. I have a question tho, do all pro-life supporters agree that women should not abort children under any circumstance? I ask this because I agree with most of what pro-life supports with the exception of a few things (like women can't abort even if the child was a result of rape and if the child's health will threaten the mother's life). I believe that the consequences that we face are a result of our actions, therefore if a man and a woman had intercourse and ended up being pregnant they are responsible for raising the child. Honestly I thank Allah for the blessing of Islam because thankfully there is logic in everything in Islam calls for. I do want to say that I hate the division of pro-life and pro-choice, I wish there was a middle ground.

Almost like there’s something morally wrong with abortion, and to actually be truthful about what it is and still advocate for it makes you seem like a bad person or something. When I was 19 I had an abortion....once the procedure was completed I looked over at the countertop beside the bed I saw my baby laying on the tray of tissue and blood,I asked to see the child they actually carried the tray over to my bedside I was overcome by emotions grief and guilt I picked my baby up in the palm of my hand and hurried out the door getting dressed as I went while the staff protested telling me they were calling the cops and charging me for tampering with human remains.... I didn't care I wasn't leaving my baby there to be thrown out like trash.... I buired him below a bench overlooking the ocean in a beautiful little white case.. I was tormented by my decision to have an abortion for years every day until I gave my life to Christ He took the shame yet it still hurts my soul I've broken all the ten Commandments even murder.. I was in an embarrassing debate back when I sided with abortion. The logic and clarity I was shown was astonishing. I remember I couldn't answer reasonable questions and behaved like these girls. I'm glad I matured and changed.

So very grateful I went against the advice at 18 and had my baby boy who is an amazing father himself now. Yes it was difficult but I will never regret giving life.
I found it difficult to keep my cool watching this. Her entire "question" was just to accuse and argue. That isn't a question in good faith. When she got an answer she just kept ignoring and called it a logical fallacy. Very frustrating.

My mom told me about her friend who once thought about getting an abortion back in the 80s. She was on her way to get the abortion but then decided not to at the last minute. She couldn’t go through it. Her baby grew up and became a doctor. ❤️
I had an abortion at 19 by a man that was a one night stand that lived in my apartments, he was a total play boy. I never even told him I was pregnant. He wouldn’t have believed it was his im sure but he was the only guy I’d been with in a long time. I was so scared cause I already had a 1 year old daughter. I cried the whole way to the clinic & afterwards when they put me in the recliner I knew it was wrong. It’s the biggest regret of my life. My child would be 21 years old. I could have at least gave the baby up for adoption. I’m prolife now. Let me give u ladies some advice if u even have a 1% chance u don’t want to have an abortion don’t do it. Me too Kimberly. It’s a day I’ll never forget. I was only 15 and scared to death. I am prolife now and looking back I was prolife then too. I knew on the ride there that I was wrong. But fear took over. From that moment on I was never the same. I would never suggest anyone choose abortion and if I could go back in time I would kick fear in the ass and instead of being a mother of 3 I would be a mother of 4. May God bless you and yours!

I almost had abortion to my 1 year old daughter last year because my bf was only worried about finance. The only reason he stopped abortion was when I told him I heard her heartbeat at 15weeks when we found out i was pregnant. Now, He loves her so much and I’m so grateful even though we struggle it’s ALL WORTH THIS LIFETIME. Abortion is murder. All lives are in wanted. God have mercy.

I know this comment will get either ignored or hated on but I’ll put it out here anyways. (Hate if you want, I genuinely don’t care.) My mother had 6 children. She had 2 sons. (Possibly 3) And two daughters. (Possibly 3) After my mother had my little sister, it had been several years until she became pregnant. She miscarried her baby. My little sister or brother died. I was too young at the time to understand what was going on. But seeing my mom hold my dead sibling in her hand, confused me but also traumatized me. As I got older, I still think of that day. My mom got pregnant again. And she miscarried another baby. Miscarrying two babies back to back really destroyed my mom. She really wanted another baby but they kept getting miscarried. I lost another sibling. I don’t even know if it was going to be a sister or brother because the baby was so small without any body parts yet. Yk what they say, third times the charm. My mom got pregnant again and had my little brother. We were so scared that he would die or get miscarried like the other two. But he made it. My mom had a house birth and I got to hold my little brother for the first time. Point is, having children is a miracle. It’s a blessing. There are some women out there, that cannot have children. It’s sad. I’d think every woman would want a chance to be a mom. But no, there’s some women who can’t even have children. Same goes for men. Some men can’t get women pregnant (wife for example, not r@pe.) It’s sad whenever you heard about couples who can’t have children. Abortion is murder. I honestly don’t care if yall think otherwise. It’s great to want to be compassionate but have you ever thought about the children in all of this?. What do you think will happen if people stop getting abortions? Orphanages would need to open back up. Sure there is a surplus of people wanting to adopt now but that will turn to a deficit when all the abortions start being born. The first 3 years of a child’s life and the most important do you want them spending them in a orphanage? We should be aiming for kids to grow up in a stable home with there biological parents as that leads to the best outcome for all parties. All these idiots don’t even care. I was prescribed a D&C when I was pregnant with my son. I absolutely refused. At first they said they couldn’t detect a heartbeat. Twice. Then my HCG levels weren’t advancing enough for how far along I was after they did eventually find the heartbeat. Told me he wasn’t going to survive the pregnancy and later on told me that even if he did he wouldn’t survive after birth for very long. I’m happy to announce that my son is happily alive and well and 8 years old. There’s absolutely nothing stopping him! He may be deaf and he may have a few health complications, like he needed an open heart surgery. But why would any of those issue be a pre existing death penalty?

I was going to have an abortion this year but I decided to keep my baby and now I’m 28 weeks pregnant and I’m having a son even tho I’ll be doing it alone I’ll be grateful I didn’t do it because I knew I was going to regret it. Now I can feel my baby kicking and moving around. I still feel bad that abortion even came across my mind I’ll forever regret that feeling even though I didn’t go through it.

I had 2 abortions in my early 20's. First was "chemical" and it was the worst pain I've ever had in my life. 2nd was the early stage surgical. I was lied to and brainwashed into thinking my children weren't human. The regret and guilt I feel are unbearable sometimes. The fear I had of motherhood and changing my life would have been temporary and wish there was a law that would have saved their lives, knowing what I do now.
I'm not trying to shame you, but I wish to understand, how could you have made the decision to have an abortion if you had even the slightest inkling you may be ending a life. My mom got pregnant with me out of wed-lock and didn't want to raise me as a single mom. But as a Christian woman, she never even considered abortion. She chose life. She put me up for adoption before I was born. I almost was adopted by a couple, but my biological father decided to keep me and raise me. He won custody of me in court after I was born. Then, my mom decided to be a part of my life. I am so grateful my mom chose life, and that my dad chose to raise me as a single father. I am thankful to have had both of my parents parent me and love me, even though they weren't married. I am truly blessed that my mom was pro-life. ♥️ To this day, she is a passionate supporter of the pro-life movement, and walks every year in the Life Walk. 👣

I found out I was pregnant at 12 weeks. In the first ultrasound I had (at 12 weeks) my son was moving. Kicking, punching, crossed his legs, stretched out. He was alive before I even knew about him. He was alive at conception. He was just as alive then as he is now at 14 months old. I'm not going to sugarcoat being a parent, it's probably the hardest thing you'll ever do, but it's worth it. Every sleepless night, every cold cup of coffee, every cry, every smile, every laugh, every first. It's worth it.

I am 71 years old. When my oldest daughter was 15 y/o in the eighties she became pregnant. We drove her 100 miles to have an abortion. The next year she became pregnant again with the same young man because they wanted to get married and knew we wouldn’t sign for her to do so. She had a beautiful boy, and when he was 17 months old she was killed in a car wreck on the way to school. Now, I frequently think about what we made our daughter do and I am overcome with guilt and grief for what would have been my first grandchild. My only consolation is my belief that she is in heaven loving and being loved by her first child. I am in tears as I write this because my heart is broken by the horrific choice that we forced on our daughter.

My school and therapist told me that I have the right to an abortion and I wanted one, but at home my family told me not to kill the baby. When I chose the abortion they told me that I need to get a sonogram first when I saw her (she was 12 weeks) I heard her heart beat and she raised her hand and said waved at me, when I saw that i realized that that is a human being that can here me and didn’t want me to kill her. Today she is 8 years old and she was is beautiful and growing just like my second child that was created by me and my husband. I graduated high and yes live was hard as a single mother and then I notice there is more help for women that want to kill a baby then single mothers that choose to have that baby.

I have to be fair, I think the women yelling at her have had many negative experiences to that point so while they're objectively horrifying and rude, I can see how this can happen in a forum like this. To a rape victim, a prolifer can come off as cold and unfeeling. Now the young lady chose to bring up her rape, so she kind of started the fight, but I think this issue is really, really raw for a lot of women precisely because they fear losing the right to an abortion if they are raped. The prolife movement has the better scientific arguments but the truth is abortion as an issue will be won or lost on emotional grounds. Which makes sense since it does involve how women feel about their pregnancies, for better or worse.

I was born with a rare condition (Congenital High Airway Obstruction Syndrome) that should’ve killed me as soon as I was born. Drs & some family members begged my mom to have an abortion, as the dr told her she’d likely die as well. She had 3 other healthy children. She put her faith in God, and we are both still here.
Yes life has been really hard, scary, and exhausting at times, but I’m happy to be here. I grew up with a loving family, made a couple close friends, got to see my sister get married, have kids. I still got bad days but when I think about all the amazing things I got to experience & people I got to love. I’d go through all the Hell again if I got the option to decide if I was born or aborted… If that made sense.
I was a heroin baby. I was born addicted to heroin. I wish there was more research on the long term effects of a human developing addicted to drugs. My mom adopted 4 children including myself. We are all drug babies and we all have different mental issues. My sister is bipolar my brother has learning disabilities and I'm autistic.
My life is not less valuable. I'm in college getting my degree in Forensic science, I'm helping to raise my niece and I plan on getting my phD in Chemistry.

I agree. The administrator only stepped in when the kids started yelling at each other. She did NOTHING when they were yelling and cussing at Kristan and attempting to demolish her free speech rights. The school should protect speakers rights to speak. If those girls want to get together and reserve the space for their own speech and demonstration, fine. They can do that. But to constantly scream expletives at the speaker should not be allowed. They should have been escorted out of the room.

I don't think there's anything wrong debating with Kristan and expressing their opinions at all, that's why she's there, she's there to speak with people and hear their views on things like they're there to hear hers or challenge her viewpoints. But that can be done without being so disrespectful and, at times, so hateful. I have heard there have been threats to the safety of those with Students For Life, and that's absolutely unacceptable. @hexl702too5 Of course they have, and of course they are. The words and actions of some doesn't mean everyone with those same opinions/views is the same way. I've seen numerous pro-choicers that get their opinions across in a respectful way while standing firmly beside their views, the same with some pro-lifers. I've had various conversations with people that don't agree with how I see certain things but I personally enjoy hearing or reading their views when they're respectful. Plus I have a lot of respect and admiration for anyone that are firm on their opinions as long as they also remain respectful. There have been times I've listened to someone that sees things differently than me or read what they've had to say with genuine interest because I'm not right all the time, and they've said something in a way at times where it's caused me to think "Hmm, I never thought of it like that." and I end up learning something from someone I overall may not agree with, or I start to understand more why they have those opinions. So I absolutely feel there are a lot of Pro-Choicers out there that are passionate, strong, and vocal about how they see things, but they also show respect while expressing themselves and standing up for what they believe in. That has been shown in these videos as well which is why I have mentioned in the past that not everyone who has asked questions or made statements about how they see things were disrespectful, quite a number of them asked great questions and explained how they see things in a strong but kind and open way. Plus like I mentioned, all Pro-lifers aren't exactly angels themselves. Some have been just as disrespectful and closed-minded as well, which is something I absolutely don't support or condone which is why it bothers me when some act like they're on some kind of overall moral high ground that can do no wrong and say no wrong. Neither side can claim to be that way because neither side is perfect, and I believe neither side can do no wrong and say no wrong. So I love the passion that some people have regardless of which side they're on and I love seeing anyone and everyone express themselves, but there is a line and everyone should make sure they don't cross it.

As someone who has had an abortion almost 4 years ago. . I wanna thank you for this. I live with regret everyday of my life and cry randomly still. I'll never forget the doctor looked at me before I walked out and said " don't ever come here again" I said okay I won't. I have no idea if I did or said anything while I was asleep but I think I might have. I still wonder to this day why he said this to me. I pray God forgives me all the time. Nobody ever talks about the regret I'm sure alot of women experience. It's a lifelong pain

In 2019 I became pregnant with my first child, I was still attending university, when I was 7 months pregnant the university told me that they did not have parking spaces for me and I had to walk a long distance from the public parking lot to the university. Parking at that university was limited for professors since it was located in the down town area with little access. A teacher failed me in a class because I didn't attend for 3 days since I was hospitalized due to complications in my pregnancy at 8 months. I had to repeat this class and pay for it with my own money. In 2020 I finished my bacherlors degree, in 2021 I started my master's degree and a month later I became pregnant with my second child. With difficulties I continued, with economic problems I continued and I did not give up. In 2023 I finished my master's degree satisfactorily with an average of 3.50 and now in 2024 I will begin my Ph. D.

It should be noted that my children are from the same father, we are married and we have been together for 6 years. There is no excuse for not doing things right. 💯

Actually, what you experienced in lack of accommodation for your condition violated Title IX completely and you could have sued both the university and the professor who failed you, and the federal government could have fined the university as well. Colleges and universities, as well as high schools and middle schools that get any federal money at all must accommodate pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, mothers of toddlers, and fathers of infants and toddlers as much as they accommodate students with temporary conditions and chronic disabilities. That includes reserved close parking, access to day care, private breastfeeding and pumping areas, excused absences for their own and their child's healthcare appointments, make up time for missed assignments, tests, etc. for hospitalization, delivery, postpartum care, class schedule flexibility to transport kids to sitters/day care or pick them up, freedom from harassment by administrators, faculty, or other students, transportation if it is offered to other students, and cannot be forced into inferior "alternative ed" classes when they want to continue in the mainstream classes, and much more.
It is the law of the land, and most young women do not know their rights when it comes to continuing their education while pregnant, nursing, and caring for children. Too many decide to abort because they believe they will have to drop out of school if they have their baby.
BTW, there is federal and in many states also state government financial aid, medical, housing and nutrition support, and more for student mothers and their babies, another too well kept secret the abortion lobby doesn't want potential mothers and fathers to know about.

Why are American students so disrespectful? I saw a video where college students in the Russia were debating communism, and they were very respectful, polite; and minimum interruptions. Even when they did interrupt they apologized.

My children are great members of society too!!! I have 2 public servants and 1 US Marine!!! Thank you!!! Just think if I would have been selfish and aborted them!!! My husband and I cared for newborns, one at a time, until they were adopted. We worked for Catholic Social Services of Providence, RI. One of our babies was the product of a rape. She is now a grown young woman raising a daughter. She was told of her birth history when her parents made up their minds to explain it to her. Her parents took some counseling to help them deal with this situation. I praise them for doing right by their daughter. They are all part of our lives! We love them all. 👩❤💋👨

My husbands father was a rape child. His mother abused him and resented him for this reason. He was a strong, inspiring and wonderful human being. He then had children of his own and I am so thankful my grandmother-in law chose life. We fight evil (the rapist) not good (life,my father in law).

I'm a Muslim too and I totally agree. I have a question tho, do all pro-life supporters agree that women should not abort children under any circumstance? I ask this because I agree with most of what pro-life supports with the exception of a few things (like women can't abort even if the child was a result of rape and if the child's health will threaten the mother's life). I believe that the consequences that we face are a result of our actions, therefore if a man and a woman had intercourse and ended up being pregnant they are responsible for raising the child. Honestly I thank Allah for the blessing of Islam because thankfully there is logic in everything in Islam calls for. I do want to say that I hate the division of pro-life and pro-choice, I wish there was a middle ground.

And two daughters. (Possibly 3)
After my mother had my little sister, it had been several years until she became pregnant.
She miscarried her baby. My little sister or brother died. I was too young at the time to understand what was going on. But seeing my mom hold my dead sibling in her hand, confused me but also traumatized me. As I got older, I still think of that day.
My mom got pregnant again. And she miscarried another baby. Miscarrying two babies back to back really destroyed my mom. She really wanted another baby but they kept getting miscarried. I lost another sibling. I don’t even know if it was going to be a sister or brother because the baby was so small without any body parts yet.
Yk what they say, third times the charm. My mom got pregnant again and had my little brother. We were so scared that he would die or get miscarried like the other two. But he made it. My mom had a house birth and I got to hold my little brother for the first time.
Point is, having children is a miracle. It’s a blessing. There are some women out there, that cannot have children. It’s sad. I’d think every woman would want a chance to be a mom. All these idiots don’t even care. I was prescribed a D&C when I was pregnant with my son. I absolutely refused. At first they said they couldn’t detect a heartbeat. Twice. Then my HCG levels weren’t advancing enough for how far along I was after they did eventually find the heartbeat. Told me he wasn’t going to survive the pregnancy and later on told me that even if he did he wouldn’t survive after birth for very long. I’m happy to announce that my son is happily alive and well and 8 years old.
There’s absolutely nothing stopping him! He may be deaf and he may have a few health complications, like he needed an open heart surgery. But why would any of those issue be a pre existing death penalty?

I had 2 abortions in my early 20's. First was "chemical" and it was the worst pain I've ever had in my life. 2nd was the early stage surgical. I was lied to and brainwashed into thinking my children weren't human. The regret and guilt I feel are unbearable sometimes. The fear I had of motherhood and changing my life would have been temporary and wish there was a law that would have saved their lives, knowing what I do now.

It cannot have value, except from the mother who may place that value on it, as part of her own body.
She is the factory. the stuff making that "baby' is coming from her body.
No one has the right to inhabit her factory - even if she changes her mind. it is HER factory-- - not the innocent life that inhabits it and is using it to grow into a baby.
The right of a full-grown human being with memories and thoughts and perspective far outweighs the rights of a living entity that has never had a thought, has no potential for reflection and has no experiences that entitle it to be enjoined to the human race with rights that may be weighed against another human being.
The value of the life of the fetus is directly connected to the value the mother chooses to place on it.

What about incest or rape? What about a teenager that accidentally gets pregnant? Or an accidental pregnancy? Should they be forced to keep their babies?
My mom got pregnant with me out of wed-lock and didn't want to raise me as a single mom. But as a Christian woman, she never even considered abortion. She chose life. She put me up for adoption before I was born. I almost was adopted by a couple, but my biological father decided to keep me and raise me. He won custody of me in court after I was born. Then, my mom decided to be a part of my life. I am so grateful my mom chose life, and that my dad chose to raise me as a single father. I am thankful to have had both of my parents parent me and love me, even though they weren't married. I am truly blessed that my mom was pro-life. ♥️ To this day, she is a passionate supporter of the pro-life movement, and walks every year in the Life Walk. 👣

Amazing story. And this is also why i think they should give men some kind of power to stop abortions (i mean the fathers) . Because some of them really want the babies and many woman abort their babies without the father having any power to stop it.

As someone who was almost aborted.. I appreciated this. I still cant wrap my head around the idea that if my mom had chosen otherwise I wouldn’t be here. Now I’m a nurse, father of two (third on the way), husband, uncle, brother.. the list goes on. Thanks again mom for choosing me 🥰
What you are saying may be inspirational, but not a rock-solid argument against abortion rights. If your parents had practiced birth control more consistently, you might never have been conceived in the first place. Is that a reason to make contraception illegal?

I found out I was pregnant at 12 weeks. In the first ultrasound I had (at 12 weeks) my son was moving. Kicking, punching, crossed his legs, stretched out. He was alive before I even knew about him. He was alive at conception. He was just as alive then as he is now at 14 months old. I'm not going to sugarcoat being a parent, it's probably the hardest thing you'll ever do, but it's worth it. Every sleepless night, every cold cup of coffee, every cry, every smile, every laugh, every first. It's worth it.
I have 3 kiddos and they are SO worth it!!! This is the best life

@@hybridamerica : Wow... you put a lot of thought into this and still don't get it. You're either dumb or evil (or both).
Use simple logic. A baby is human. It does not magically "become human" as it pokes it's head out of the mother... it was just as much human 30 seconds prior (duhh). Human life is sacred and if you kill it (or support killing) then you are sick in the head.
What is worse than killing babies? Mother's killing their own babies. You people are sick in the head.

When I was a kid my mom was going through depression and other stuff and when she got mad at me she would tell me stuff that she wish she would’ve abort me. That made me cry and even now as an adult I remember those words it hurts me a lot.
