Audi A3, A4, A6 and TT instrument clusters LCD pixel repair

👨‍🔧 This tutorial shows how to repair the Jaeger and Magneti Marelli dashboards of Audi A3 8L (1996-2003); Audi A4 B5 / 8D (1994-2001); Audi A6 C5 / 4B (1997-2004); Audi TT MK1 8N (1998-2006), replacing the not working display with Minitools part SEPDISP09. It can often happen that those instrument panels LCD screens may be completely blank, fading, show flickering segments, have dead or failing pixels and therefore be unreadable. With Minitools DIY tutorial and the replacement half fiss display you won’t need to replace the whole cluster, but just the faulty display.

I did mine and it was perfect when I first tested it but now it shows all bright red and blank with no characters. Does it need some reset or adaptation?
