    Hi, I changed my km counter without display to one with a display, but it doesn't indicate the temperature. Can you tell me which PIN the external temperature sensor should be connected to? So I'll wire it up, thanks

      Hi, could you please let us know the producer of the cluster sending us an e-mail at info@minitools.com? The connections may change based on the producer (e.g. VDO, Jaeger, Bosch, MotoMeter etc.)

      @@MinitoolsChannel where can I see the make of the cluster on the cluster?

    • @MinitoolsChannel
      @MinitoolsChannel  Год назад +1

      Hi @@fwdsmatter1117, the only way to check it would be to remove the cluster from the car; the make is usually either printed on a label or marked on the rear cover of the cluster.

    How can flux damage the board irreversibly??

    • @MinitoolsChannel
      @MinitoolsChannel  Месяц назад

      Hi, the fluxing liquid should be used with caution. If applied in excess in areas with narrow spaces where it is difficult to remove it, a residual excess of flux could cause short circuits between the conductor tracks and damage them.
