Congrats on getting yourself a C8. I know how you feel, sold my 05 Z51 to get an in ground pool for my girls. I know that I’ll eventually own a C8, I’m a true believer of karma.

Using a heat gun on low temp will soften the grip on two sided tape making rear wing removal much easier!
Also your 15 min blog time is perfect for those of us on our mud morning 15 min break at work!

Made the cut for 2020 by one week, how cool is that. 😎 I’ll be doing my second R8C delivery at the NCM around the end of the first week in September. Just so happens that my birthday is September 3rd, the day after my granddaughter‘s fifth birthday. I’ve got C8 2020 Vision Baby! A special shout out to Kai Spande, Shane Webb and Mr. Larry McCool for making it happen!
It is time to get your dream car Rick. You took care of your family and other people before you. It is time you do something for yourself. I've always wanted a vette, but financially it was too expensive and I had to take care of my family first. I retired 4 years ago and I bought a C8. I got it last April. No regrets.

Removing items attached with double sided tape is a lot easier if you park the vehicle in the sun for a couple hours before you attempt to remove them. The sun is a great "free" tool!

Hi Rick, when you get your C8, the shortage of new ones will probably be there, so use yours as A Demo, and make future sales doing so, then its A business expense and huge tax write off...then buy A Z06.
