M850i xDrive equipped with full iPE exhaust system (sport cats)🔥🏁
The N63B44 of the BMW M850i xDrive has a maximum output of 5500~6000rpm, which makes it a low-revving engine. As such, iPE chose the H-type design for the mid pipe.
The H-pipe creates a deep growling tone, similar to a lion's roar, which is perfect for a low RPM engine.
The full system saves 7.8kg in weight and adds 12dB!!!!

That would be explained by the fact that the M850i has the N63 4.4 V8 and the M5 and M8 comp have the S63, which is the same engine with the only difference being the slightly different cross engine exhaust manifold that gives constant air flow to the turbos, and the stock exhaust that is also tuned to sound lower.

Word to the wise be careful with IPE and IPE exhausts they do not honor warranty issues and routinely deny claims when you have problems. They are misleading in telling consumers that if there is a problem with one of their exhausts systems, they will replace them. This is not true on any level and even when two reputable companies, Wheels Boutique and Champion Motor Sports, told them their titanium exhaust installed on my car was defective...and sent them video's, they still refuse to take responsibility and replace the damaged/defective system. This is a very poor business model and they do not protect consumers. Further, weeks and weeks of IPE avoiding you to avoid owning up to their warranty. They do not return calls or emails and simply avoid you. Stay away!
