I watched this video and strutted into my kitchen with confidence. For the next 45 minutes I taunted fate with a giant knife and salmonella lubed wigglechicken. It's like when the carny can land the ball in the leaning basket and then I pay $5 to make a fool of myself. Either that or Stephanie Manley is some kind of poultry witch.

Listen here Martha Stewart, nothing about cutting those was easy. I swear, there was nothing but bone. I know you said to find the ridge, but it must be like my love life, non-existent. I was cutting through solid bone. You must be Dwayne the Rock Johnson cause that was solid. Now I have crampy hands. I have cramps in places I didn't know could cramps.
In all seriousness, I did get better at finding the ridge. Thank you so much for this video. Very helpful

My son was bragging how he got 50 wings at Costco for only $29.
I buy 12 wings at Walmart for $9 and split them myself (The flappers are yummy to munch on if you air fry them to a crisp) so I get 24 for $9 = 72 for $27
Split wings are MUCH cheaper if you split them yourself.
