About the Speaker:
Father Francis J. Peffley was born in Norristown, Pennsylvania and attended Mount Saint Mary’s Seminary, where he received his Master of Divinity and Master of Arts Degrees. He was ordained for the Diocese of Arlington, Virginia in 1990. Father Peffley has served in several parishes and is currently the parochial vicar at St Mary of Sorrows in Fairfax, Virginia.
Known for his active involvement in parish young adult ministry, retreats, Catholic apologetics, and evangelization, Father Peffley also serves as the Spiritual Director of the Arlington Regia and has been a chaplain for the Knights of Columbus councils for over two decades. He is a multi-talented individual, with interests ranging from juggling fire torches and machetes to scuba diving and pilgrimage travel.
