As a big herro fan he still has one major thing to prove. He has to prove that he can be a high leaving scoring and playmaking third/second option on a competitive heat team. In the two years he’s been a night in night out starter he hasn’t done that. Two seasons ago he had a solid year but he broke his hand against the bucks and missed the playoffs and this year he was injured all the time and then in the playoffs the team stood no chance. So both seasons he hasn’t played a full season. Injuries are not in his control but that doesn’t change the fact that we haven’t seen him have healthy run as a 2nd/3rd option starter yet

Teams with REAL young talent, that actually will play NBA minutes or will be stars, dont even play those players in SL or they let them play one game maybe 2 with limited minutes and then sit them. He's a 3rd teir All-Star, who is only good enough to be the 3rd best player on a championship winning team. Without Jimmy or Rozier in the playoffs, he only increased his average from 19 to 22, pathetic, especially when you considered he had no pressure on him because nobody expected the Heat to win that series
