Something more satisfying about pixels landing than cel shaded characters hitting their combos. I'm a fan of SF 2 through 4, but 5 made me throw in the towel. This makes me want to keep playing.
Daigo deserves the credit he gets, but in terms of pure watchability, Kuroda and YSB are my faves. Kuroda for his S-tier trolling and YSB because that man plays the most beautiful, destructive Hugo I've ever seen. Hayao is another legendary Hugo player, but something about YSB's more aggressive approach just appeals to me. That man makes Hugo's claps an art form.
Kuroda has a more defensive style in comparison to TM's more offensive style of Q gameplay. Both are still good players, though personally I find TM's style more appealing and fast.
Would still say Kuroda would beat him...his defense is so good and he makes you play his game. A little more boring, but I just enjoy watching any Q gameplay
offense is more exciting to watch, but I think kuroda plays the character in a smarter way. I think Q is kind of strongest playing lame. He doesnt have great offensive tools. His taunts and defense are his best tools. His buttons are kind of slow and a parry liability.
Petter Nerman If I remember correctly its a medium punch rush, then a lp...? Pretty sure that's it. To execute it I think you need to charge partition the lp rush.
+Petter Nerman HK Throw, character specific, screen-position specific, and I always use lp for both punches... TBH, pretty impractical and definitely not easy to set up, kinda gotta just go for it when you see your opponent in the correct area to land it. You understand how both get charges?
It's a combination of being character specific and stage position specific, not to mention there are variations. There is only one instance where you need to use charge partitioning, and it's for this juggle: C&DB->Dash Punch->Dash Punch the opposite way

HOLY SHIT I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT ALL THIS FOOTAGE. Finally I can make my case that Kuroda is one of the all time greats. Certainly my favorite Street Fighter player of all time.
BenjamminClark the fact that kuroda could successfully sell DVDs of him bodying some randos (MULTIPLE DVDs, no less) speaks volumes of how much people loved him
TRASH?????? I seem to remember some japanese player (it might have been Momochi) ranking Kuroda as 100x more knowledgeable of 3s than any other player.
Kuroda may not have a "Main" but Q will always be the character I think of when you say his name.
I think his oro is better
I heard a rumor that his main is gouki but he doesn't ever play him in recorded matches because he doesn't want to give his play style away
I take that back there's a ton of videos on RUclips hahaha
I think akuma but that’s because I had the actual dvd...still do
His akuma is insane!!!!!!
Something about a Q taunt when the enemy is ricocheted off the wall that leaves you warm inside
Gives you that god like feeling that kuroda brings to third strike
HMM
6:57: Yang: "SUPER SHADOW CLONE JITSU ATTACK!"
Q: "NO."
I was 9 minutes into the video until I realized that the video is over 2 hours long. 2 hours of Q being a badass character!
It's insane the level of skills.
56 victory straight with Q men this guy is a legend
Kuroda's control of the playing field is untouchable! You are always playing his game as his defense turns to offense.
Even though I actually own physical copies of the dvd set (including urien dvd), this is super convenient. Much love on the upload.
Can you have still one ? I'd like to purchase it, just because it's a cool item.
3 red parries in the first match.
Geezuz. After watching all the 3s Gods, i think it's safe to say that Kuroda really was the goat of this game
He doesn't lose a single game..........LONGLIVEKURODA
this guys defense is insane
44:57 That poor Yang was toyed with all round...
Kuroda is the "He's just standing there...MENACINGLY!" meme given form, though I guess in his case it's crouching menacingly.
本当に、すごいひとなんすよ、、、、

Around the 40 min mark, Hugo gets a life lead and Kuroda just starts kicking the claps lol.
it's like a god who has to lower his power to fight equally among other players
still beast tho...
nice quality for one of my favorite players of street fighter history with RX for 3rd strike
Its MY sleepover and I get to pick the movie.

Funny how people seriously believe Daigo is the king of Street Fighter 3 when Kuroda exist lol I heard/read that not even Daigo could beat him......
Yes this is true, Kuroda won all the sets
There are some clips in ytb

Blend TM and Kuroda in a single human being and you have the ultimate Q player.
The disrespect at 1:19:05 That Ken player received a lesson.
the taunt gives ken a damage buff. also, i think that's matsuken, they knew eachother pretty well at that point
It's obvious Kuroda hates Chun Li.
Kuroda destroys chun li's its impressive.
Everyone hates chun li
That grab at 6:53 was incredible.
Zero Comma Three The Yang could have just pressed LP instead of super, but no...

madmax reloaded at the end, loved that he kept using neutral HK as a way to troll; hit or miss and Chun gets SA2 free
It's almost blasphemy to see a player that can distort the tier list so. Good thing I don't believe in blasphemy.
+EternalBooda i think that his Q is better than his ken yun and chun li
+jer beau no way.kuroda's ken is crazy.
半沢直樹 if he would fight himself with his q against his ken his q would win to me
I believe that he would utilize the tools that are so readily available to ken on his Q and end up killing himself
so his q is better
hey rvn thank you very much
Kuroda's Q is unreal. Mind. Blown.
How do you land two dash punches after command throw BTW? Only HP throw? Which dash versions? Char specific?

The first dash punch is a variation : you hold LP while doing it. Q is gonna delay the punch and you'll have time to charge a second dash Punch.
charge partitioning, its lp, its not character specific, just need to charge partition and it works every time
