Two things: 1) I didn't know that one person could be so good at 3S that they could troll with X.C.O.P.Y., but Kuroda has proven me wrong. 2) Does anyone else see the design similarities between Twelve and C. Viper from Street Fighter IV? Ground-based special, air mobility, insane pressure, a ground super and an air super, etc.
The fact that throw spamming is a large part of his damage output is part of the problem with 12. Not only does he do piss poor damage, he has subpar special moves, mediocre supers, subpar health, bad frame data/normals. The one thing he has going for him is his air dash. He can cause decent pressure with it and has alright air normals. Twelve is just a case of you are sooo much better off picking practically ANY character. You have to work way too hard to win, but can lose very quickly.
How did Capcom make this character so garbage. He's basically a Marvel character with air dashes and shit put inside SF, which sounds broken on paper. Then you see him in action and you just laugh at how bad he is. Why did they think it was a good idea to basically give him no combos lol.
Ken has kara shoryus, necro has corner stun combos, urien has cr.hp juggles, hugo has clap loops, Ibuki has chains. Twelve has....st.lk xx sa1. Or even st.lk xx axe xx sa1 if you want to be really fancy. So yeah I stand by my point that Twelve basically has no combos.
CheechWizard22 Yeah you're right xD but he has cool needle setups, resets and stuff in the corner. And his glide pressure is good also, but yea he doesn't have many combos :3
Bit late to be commenting here, but Twelve was designed to have insane mobility and insane footsies. SF3 really tried to make a diverse set of characters with unique and interesting playstyles. While Twelve did turn out to be a trashy character, to have a character designed around that idea is still pretty cool though.
wow he's doing some really interesting stuff
it's crazy how fast he can get in the position to throw
"We should make a character so shit he has to turn into someone else."
Twelve is the Shang Tsung of Street Fighter
Idk man, Twelve's mobility looks pretty nice to me.
30 seconds into the video and it’s just him throwing ibuki around like a rag doll

Super/EX spikes into taunt invisibility is cool
Kuroda is so good at hit confirming into it
He even dominates with 12
A lot of the players are bad but still takes skill to keep a win streak.
dkblade27 do you play 3s on xbl
+hidden gouki not anymore
As a Twelve player (and 3S player in general), holy shit, this is inspirational.
it really is man
32:19長考
1:19:21 look at that, who ever thought that twelve got a way out, thats something that poeple expect from mid and high tiers, but from twelve ? xD
COMPLETE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks a lot for this series! subscribed
What happens in a Twelve mirror match when one of them uses X-Copy?
X-copy raises your damage output by 1.5, it's actually good in the mirror.
@@HelixsoulX My favorite part is, when you try to use his invisibility taunt while in XCOPY, it just doesn't work. 🤣
Had fun imagining?
Because I know what happens when both use SAIII.

I like taking 12 against Oro. Helps to keep him on ground.
What happens if you use X.C.O.P.Y. against another Twelve?
Best part of playing twelve? Not playing twelve.
Lol
s.lk and c.lk can combo sa1??
Is it just me, or did I hear Alex at 1:18:30
lol wut
yeah it can happen when uriens neutral grabbed by gill too sometimes
Two twelves playing at the same time looks like a Guilty Gear match lol
Kuroda plays the whole cast?
that's his thing, he's the absolute best at the game on the technical level
yes, but he is more famous of being playing with Q
@@colombo6095 engineer plays sf3

to justin & daigo doesn't like this :v
X copy!!!!
does it really count as a win for 12 if you SA1 into a top tier haha

God, Twelve is so bad even Kuroda can't make him look overpowered.
