I feel as if Jennifer Lopez can continue to act throughout her entire lifetime. I hope to see her in movies through her elder years too. I get sad when I don't see great actors continue to act in movies through their elder years. Meryl Streep is that type of great actor, having the ability to continue acting through her elder years. Jennifer Lopez can do it too. She's that talented.
Yeah man Anaconda was amazing(!) I'm just kidding mate. You're rite she's not a bad actress at all. I just think she's still waiting for her defining role in acting. I don't think this new show is it. It's a good show though. I just don't think it''s the role that will make everyone talk about her.
Absolutely loved this. Jennifer and Felicity seem like an unlikely pair but that was such an interesting conversation, and there's a lot of warmth as well so you can tell that they both really like each other.
I didn´t like Jennifer doing so many rom-coms in recent years cause I´ve seen her early acting in other movies and she was gooood, not a lot of room for good acting and substance with rom-coms, so I must say I am so happy with her acting in Shades of Blue, that´s the actress I´d been missing for a long time, the show is addicting.
My absolute dream would be to have Felicity teach me some acting advice! She is so wise and is genuinely a master of her trade, you tell how much she cares about acting rather than just the fame that comes with it 🌤💛🐝
Jennifer Lopez is amazing, bye. Also, for anyone complaining she didn't ask many questions, go see the other interviews, it's the same. Kerry Washington made all the questions, and Aziz Ansar usually only asked "and you?", much like Jennifer here. It's more like one actor interviewing the other/leading the conversation than both of them being the interviewer/interviewed at the same time.
I feel Felicity was the interviewer. Wanted to hear more from her. Jennifer is great too, but there are other duos who have gone back and forth rather than, in my opinion, question and answer.
Jlo evidently didn’t watch any of Felicity’s work and steered clear of asking any specific questions. Also rambled on lots on what she’s done, she thinks, she feels as opposed to asking what Felicity has to say about things. 🤨
I kind of felt as though Jennifer took control of the conversation for the majority of the interview. It would have been nice to hear more from Felicity as she's such an incredible talent. Although Jennifer is not the best of actresses, she can't deny that she's a multi-talented individual.
Felicity is amazing in everything she does. I still don't watch her show, but I plan on starting soon. Jennifer's show is solid, not great, but she's great in it. People who think she can't act should give it a watch.
Their personalities are SO different. It was such an odd pairing. JLo is so used to being interviewed and being the one asked the questions. She is also more energetic and opinionated. Felicity is quieter and doesn't seem to be able to hold it down like JLo. Felicity got more comfortable toward the end. Her true voice came flying out with all of that cursing.
This was basically Felicity Huffman interviewing Jennifer Lopez. lol I doubt she watchted felicitys show. I'm a huge Jennifer Lopez fan but truth is that Jen didn't do her home work
Rather than questioning each other on their show - as two season/older actresses that have paid their dues, this interview is more about commenting on their career’s: 1) working on network tv 2) as working Moms 3) diversity 4) both are from the Bronx, started out as dancers and were driven at a young age 👍🏼 This is what they had in comment and funny seeing Felicity Huffman giving Jennifer Lopez some tough Bronx girl accent back - lol

I love American Crime! Felicity did play a very manipulative woman in season 2, but she was also dealing with the prejudices of her school's community and administrators. Something that she ultimately had to take the fall for. I wonder how they'll top season 2. I wish that the show had received more wins for season1, and I hope that it will receive some for season 2. Those wins are much deserved, given the show's powerful performances and overall impact, which it has made through emotional and tense scenes throughout.
the problem i have here is that Felicity is a great character actress, wheras Jennifer is a singer "who also acts" - they cant relate when their performances and talent are not on par with one another

It's a shame because I feel like towards the end they were really getting to warm to one another. I'd have liked to have seen at least another 30 minutes as I think they would have been much more compelling
White people are often considered yellow. Nothing here is questionable unless you are intentionally looking to be offended. Felicity is extremely intelligent, intelligent people tend to be less prejudice.
I have never heard of white people being referred as yellow people. I live in a country that is predominantly white. I have heard the term used as a racial slur for Asian people.
@Variety While well intentioned, I must say this pairing is insensitive. A huge proponent of conversations between a diverse set, I can see how the meeting of two dissimilar minds could yield some unexpected genius. This coupling, however, was anything but; a forgone conclusion that I am confident someone could have come to before the First AD said "roll camera". Simply looking at the body of acting work these two, albeit equally impressive women, have put out, would have hinted at how strained, clumsy and inhibited this dialogue would be. There seemed to be such careful considerations in previous pairings (Courtney B. Vance and Tracee Ellis Ross, Emilia Clarke and Jay Duplass, Tom Hiddleston and Aaron Paul, to name a few) that I hope you'll steer clear from another embarrassing misfire.
Luv these women but they are so off about men if you wrk a lot you miss your kids and feel guilty I think it’s not only women if you love your children and are away you will feel it period...
I really do not believe that 0% of working men don't regret not being able to be at home or spending more time with their children. Also, its a different burden. Men have an innate feeling to provide for their spouse and children, as well as offering security, both physically and monetarily ("the modern day hunt"). Men's state of mind is different.

JLo is so self-absorbt!! 🙈 I can't stand it. It's not classy to show zero interest in the other actress, to not ask her any interesting questions... She does it all the time in this format. Felicity is such an amazing actress and so intelligent, I would have loved a better conversation partner for her with the same level of skill and intellect. Sorry.
those cracky hair on a top. too much oil on the legs. too much oil on the face. the face is noticeably darker than the legs. purple top looks off. she came to shoot another "music" video. and Huffman is just sit there and like - yeah yeah, talk to me about your act
I feel as if Jennifer Lopez can continue to act throughout her entire lifetime. I hope to see her in movies through her elder years too. Jennifer is underatted as an actress.

No she isn’t
TheRockstarnumber1 she had her defining role. It’s called ‘selena’.
She's not the only one. But she's definitely an awesome actress.
Felicity Huffman in American Crime is truly a revelation. She makes the show.
gracias a tu comentario voy a ver la serie
I disliked her character so much I had to stop watching it. She just BECAME that awful woman it was amazing. She is amazing.
Jlo is a wonderful woman, she is my inspiration I have never seen someone like her!
Absolutely loved this. Jennifer and Felicity seem like an unlikely pair but that was such an interesting conversation, and there's a lot of warmth as well so you can tell that they both really like each other.
i just love the naturally and the chemestry that both great actress have in this interview :)
Felicity Huffman is hands down one of the best actresses I've seen yet!
I would love to see Jennifer lopez get better and more serious movie rolls
I love both these ladies
Too short! Love both these ladies :)
Did JLo ask Felicity a single question?! Good thing Felicity is the best and could make something out of nothing.
Yaaas 👏👏 Thank you for writing that comment I was searching for it..
My absolute dream would be to have Felicity teach me some acting advice! She is so wise and is genuinely a master of her trade, you tell how much she cares about acting rather than just the fame that comes with it 🌤💛🐝

It seems that Lopez really didn't know that 95% of her characters are completely unidimensional. Huffman deserves much more.
Felicity is polite with great manners. She looks beautiful as a brunette.
Jamie Lee Curtis also asked Gaga more. In both onterviews the chemistry was great
For the easier pairings (like they are already friends), it's more a conversation. Like Oprah and Thandie or Michelle and Sarah Jessica.
I feel Felicity was the interviewer. Wanted to hear more from her. Jennifer is great too, but there are other duos who have gone back and forth rather than, in my opinion, question and answer.
Gorgeous jlo famous actress and awesome interview
0:14 15:05 16:36 16:45 The way she caresses her legs! I love it.
I loved JLo in The cell great movie and so scary:)
Yes it was. I was scared to sleep. Even Anaconda was scary
Two!!!! Very beautiful, strong, talented and dedicated Women. #Queens
Jlo evidently didn’t watch any of Felicity’s work and steered clear of asking any specific questions. Also rambled on lots on what she’s done, she thinks, she feels as opposed to asking what Felicity has to say about things. 🤨
I can’t think of anything Felicity has been in either

I really like Felicity Huffman as an actress. Hope she gets movie roles again. She paid her dues after the college thing
Felicity looks so beautiful with dark hair.
Their personalities are SO different. It was such an odd pairing. JLo is so used to being interviewed and being the one asked the questions. She is also more energetic and opinionated. JLo is too self-absorbed. She didn't do her homework and had no intelligent questions for Felicity.
TheGabrielmugue Still she showed lack of professionalism and respect
are they supposed to watch? anyway I know J-Lo is a super busy worker and I liked the "interview"
indeed
Exactly!
jennifer lopez is a talented actress and singer :)
JLO missed the memo about talking to each other lol
lovely both
Rather than questioning each other on their show - as two season/older actresses that have paid their dues, this interview is more about commenting on their career’s:
1) working on network tv
2) as working Moms
3) diversity
4) both are from the Bronx, started out as dancers and were driven at a young age 👍🏼
This is what they had in comment and funny seeing Felicity Huffman giving Jennifer Lopez some tough Bronx girl accent back - lol

como amo esas series
shades of blue y american crime
the problem i have here is that Felicity is a great character actress, wheras Jennifer is a singer "who also acts" - they cant relate when their performances and talent are not on par with one another
Technically Jennifer is a dancer who became an actress who became a singer who became a producer who became a mark
Lopez in Shades of Blue. Enough said!
I think this is a mismatch JLO should have been with Lady Gaga or Jennifer Hudson but both characters are different Jlo is a superstar and Felicity is a bonafide actor two different lanes but equally talented
this was too funny
Iooo.muy chica de ibiza gracias me emoción abril. Muy eres muy chica de ibiza lee cue lee cue vengi darte gracias me emoción. No.lo.olvides my chica de ibiza
It's hard to watch when a caliber actor is placed with a elementary "actor"
+Jose Rios quality not quantity. I don't know that Jennifer could have carried the weight of a socially conscious film like Transamerica.
Jose Rios - What a ridiculous comment. She also has more songs than many singers, however is no where near as talented as many singers. Although she's a decent actor, Felicity Huffman is in a different league.
Felicity's awards and reviews completely back up my statement. Rhianna is a gigantic international superstar. Rihanna cannot sing. Fame doesn't mean talent. (I do however believe Jennifer Lopez is exceptionally talented considering her ability to pretty much do everything)

Latina Girl 18
From this Latino; what the hell has quantity, got to do with quality?!
Bobera...
Iooo. Tito bambino hoy lleven las. Rosas. No.lo.olvides iziza
I’m still furious Jennifer didn’t get an oscar for ‘selena’.
is not her fault, it was the script and the way it was directed
The Cell!
“We should be looking at the inside, not the outside of people” well said J’Lo
Free hulu TV shows in the UK please. Bring in the Shondaland.
I'm an aspiring actor and I respect JLo however I have been hooked and moved by American Crime. Felicity Huffman has gained my attention and I want to hear her process and story. This was difficult to watch as Jlo completely took over and added no depth.
watching JLo refering to her self as an actor ....best joke ever thanks gurllll you tha MVP
Say what you will, but her resume is her resume. ;)
what scene is jennifer lopez talking about when talking about the extremes cable/stream shows go to?
game of thrones - cersei walk of shame

Felicity Huffman looks gorgeous!!! So much better as a brunette!! It looks like she's had something done but it's not too much.
I notice that Felicity doesn't name the writer/creator of Desperate Housewives as someone she's proud to have worked with. Don't blame her, that show was written terribly and it was only saved by the actors half the time.
Bullshit.
Bullshit, she didn´t name him, because there were a lot writers on DH. Felicity is very proud of DH, you can see that in her facebook page.
Season one was incredibly well written by an ensemble of writers but they were so "desperate" to keep the record numbers of viewers that the storylines became crazier and more ridiculous. Is it not a conversation but a interview with JLO.
I thought jlo's high time was gigli. lol
siddharth nagar I thought it was "enough"
The usage of the word yellow from Felicity is questionable.
I agree who are yellow people. I am surprised by her she strikes me as being s bit more sensible.
Reece Marshall agreed 100% wit you.
This aged well. You can get behind questionable things for someone who is trying to "save" their daughter :)
Hilarious that Jennifer Lopez thinks she's in the same league as an actor as Felicity Huffman, I like her equally but Huffman is one of the finest
johnjjst felicity is overrated
How poetic to hear Felicity talking about boundaries after her felony conviction.
@Variety While well intentioned, I must say this pairing is insensitive.
Where ıs huffmann s one fınger nail polish ? And jennifer had one broken button on her arm.

Jennifer Lopez...actor...right. Like that time we all pretended she was a singer too?
LOL
Daniel May she was a better actress
She CAN act, idiot. as for singer......no.
She can sing, dance, act and dress better than ya.
Sorry.
Next time partner Felicity with someone who’s worth her time. Jlo was so cringeworthy here (and I’m someone who actually doesn’t mind Jlo).
What show are they talking about when she describes a woman walking naked with 💩 thrown at her?
yeah totally buck ass lol jlo
Ummm. J. Lo. can't act; she's basically a talking head.
She is not a great or good actress 😔 though
two frauds chucking it up
those cracky hair on a top. too much oil on the legs. too much oil on the face. the face is noticeably darker than the legs. purple top looks off. she came to shoot another "music" video. and Huffman is just sit there and like - yeah yeah, talk to me about your act
