As of now, going to those places are on hold due to pandemic. But slowly the govt is easing out and hopefully we would be able to feature those... crossing our fingers.

You are correct but locals used to call that street or are accustomed of calling that street as BALTAN St. Thus, we prefer to use the name. Even if you ride the tricycle, drivers wont acknowledge you bringing to P Vicente St, but if you say, BALTAN ST, they get it right away. The said videos are intended for local Puerto Princesans or Palaweños who can no longer visit the City for a time due to pandemic. And we know they will understand us, naming that street as Baltan St as we believe they used to call it the same way too.
By the way, I am a local too, born and raised here. Thanks for the visit and we acknowledge you bringing that up to clear your confusion on the matter. Cheers!
