The brazier and decisive commander has "Steelhelms" so no cavaliers
But for the phases of the brazier (end of turn) and the marshal command (hero phase), I believe they can stack, stacking with the Steelhelms consecrate the land it has really good staying power (return d3 on end of turn for the brazier, return d3 for decisive command, ward 6+ for consecrate)
Also consecrate is friendly units, so the cannon can have a 6+ward
