You need to be in act 3 to get it but it’s the Mongol commander amour, when your not in combat it slows the detection speed of mongols a lot. Only works with the mongols tho. You need to complete a quest at base in act 3, you’ll know what I mean when you get there. There’s a dude to the left when you walk in

No you can go into fort Sakai and one way or another you will get beaten.
I tried this and I got more or less the same fate

You can not get beat the fort early, its written to be like this specifically. Go back and finish the game
