Going to try a similar list:
-1 Wrath
-2 Invert
-1 Mountain
+1 Force of Negation
+2 Bolt
+1 Arena
Going to be considering Preordain over Consider and whether a 3/3 split of Bolt/Discharge is correct. Consider is nice with Snapcaster but you can Snap-Tune as well.

That list really could use lightning bolt. Not sure if tune the narrative is worth it, I get the extra energy makes discharge and wrath better but having bolt would've gotten you out of some tight spots

Consign is decent against storm, you hit ruby and all the triggers of the things they use to get rid of drannith (phlage+prison). Hitting storm trigger is a bonus but usually irrelevant. So all in all it's deece but not a slam dunk

Have we tried Arena over basic mountain? Seems good for Phlage escaping.
