Makes no sense. Under _what?_ Over _what?_
The first is over the top of the last loop, the second you place in between or under the now top of it. There's better videos that explain you are rolling your finger forward for the over, and rolling your fingers backwards to create an under, which you place under the length you just created by that rolling action. The pattern repeats with just those two finger rolling motions, but making sure to place the under under the loop you made instead of directly on top like the over.

@@twistyx808I don't have three-dimensional video, stereoscopic video, so I could not see what he was doing. Maybe if he had held the loop of cable sideways, or at an angle, I would have been able to see what he was showing? But with the roughly circular loop facing me, I could not see any difference in what he was doing between the times when he said under, and the times when he said over. Also, he did the procedure too fast for me to see what was going on. And as I said before, when he says "under" he does not say _what_ to put the loop under. Same thing when he says "over." So in addition to being unable to see what is going on in the video, I am not getting any useful info from language, either..
@@cindersofcreationI've watched 4 or 5 videos showing how to do this, and I still can't figure out how to do it. I spent more than an hour with a 100-foot length of cable trying to do it, but I couldn't figure it out. I kept on getting a worse tangled mess than when I did it the old way that I had always done it, wrapping it around my elbow.
