Angus is a guitar prodigy, plain and simple. I've never seen anyone move and play like him. There are some imitators out there, but no one has ever come close to duplicating him.
How many people were at the AC DC concert in 2009 at River Plate? 200,000 fans An AC/DC concert from Buenos Aires in December 2009 when nearly 200,000 fans, over 3 sold-out nights, thunderously welcomed them back after a 13-year absence from Argentina.
Just remember AC/DC played 3 straight nights at River Plate in Dec 2009 to a total of 220,000+ ppl so that’s 73,000+ a night!!!!! Brian Johnson was 63, Angus Young was 55 and the rest of the boys were in their 50’s!!! Legendary is all I can say. These Argentina fans are the best on the planet and they appreciate good hard driving rock and roll. Just look at all the different ages in the crowd. It transcends generations. Unbelievable!! So says Austin Tx!!!!! 🤣🤣🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸😍😍😍🥳🥳😎😎
Saw this tour in Punchestown Ireland with 80,000 others, was in the pit in front of the stage with my brother in law, was the best concert i`ve ever seen and one of the best nights of my life , Angus was magnificent and you could see the lengthy guitar solo`s at times were to give the others a break, there was every age of fan there thats what makes AC/DC so universal, was 8-10 year old kids to the side of us and 80 something headbangers behind us lol, one of their concerts is an unforgetable experience .
Powered by Milk. Doesn't drink or smoke.. Has a place in Australia next to a mate of mine... And he is just a fun bloke to talk to... no The Edge, Flash bullshit..
First time I heard them on headphones in1977 I never heard anything like it. I was amazed fell in love with there music. The rhythm, the beat, oh God the words! No BS. I knew they're the best thing I ever heard and followed them. Unfortunately when Bon died in 1980 I got an AC/DC tattoo in dedication of Bon And The Band to live on forever in my Heart And Soul. I NEVER EXPECTED THEM TO BE AROUND THIS LONG BUT I KNEW THEY WERE GREAT BACK THEN!!! GOD BLESS BON SCOTT'S FAMILY AND THE YOUNG FAMILY FOR MALCOLM. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU AND ALL THE AC/DC FANS KEEP ROCKING THE WORLD!!!!! AND CHICAGO WHITE SOX AND BEARS OF COURSE! GOD BLESS EVERYONE KEEP ROCKING AND STAY STRONG DON'T LET THEM TELL YOU WHAT TO DO BE FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!
these drums and bass are amazing too. I was in love with the original bass guy sorry 65 can't quite remember his 1st name he was Angus brother's. I was devastated when he passed . Angus is a what yeah a prodigy he is a Mozart of our days. I mean the way he re-wrote Let there be Rock is fucking Amazing and I think it was also because he didn't want to play like in the day of Bon Scott. This concert I would have given anything to be there. Your reactions are brilliant guys.
Angus is a real showman on that ax, he can play to the crowd and get an insane crowd even crazier if that is possible at River Plate.... Guys if you want another showman here is a great Hendrix video from 1967 Monterey Pop doing Hey Joe (ruclips.net/video/fe82eYRjiBU/видео.html) he is playing a right-handed guitar upside down as he is a lefty (learned on the righty), plays with his teeth and tongue and then behind the head, a true showman all the while chewing gum. I saw him LIVE before I shipped out to Nam and after I got back and he is still stunning over 50 years later to watch. Like Angus there are a few rare musicians who are true showman beyond their talents.
Angus was 56 here. Brian was 63. Holy shyte! The original versions with Bon Scott on this one are the standard. The show from the Apollo in Glasgow or the earlier one where Father ❤😊Bon breaks his ankle jumping off the pulpit!
Even seeing it live it has hard to believe how long and hard (teehee) Angus can go. When I saw him he was in his early 60s and just wailed for 17 minutes. It was crazy.
Actually this isn't the ending of the show, for the ending of the Show they play "For Those About to Rock (We Salute You)" Highly recommend it! Link below! Would enjoy to see you two react to it! Keep up the great videos and reactions! ruclips.net/video/RtMGoU9NcMo/видео.html
It's Definitely in Their Top 5 Try Live at Colchester University 78 , I think this is them at better than their greatest , never seen anything like that show ever , only like 8 songs but brutal power and ferocious versions And live at Hippodrome in London 77 that let there be rock is equal to the river plate version , more faster though Yeah Donington 91 is so powerful And Live in Madrid video I love too There's a bad quality video of Tokyo 81 which is insanely powerful too 😎 everything is faster No one Rocks Music Like AC/DC
Guys great review and reaction , you almost certainly won't get higher energy Rock than that at 17mins , I've seen em 48 times and that my friend is The Greatest Version of The Most Anthemic Rock Song Ever , Angus was 54 when this was played , one of his Best Career performances ever and there have been thousands , imagine telling any guitarist to step into his shoes and do that at the end of a 2 hour Electric show 😀 he is The Greatest Guitar Entertainer ever , Pure Raw Brutal Rock Music how it should be. Angus was on Fire Fire 🔥
You should have seen them when they were young. lol! But yeah this concert is unreal! Angus incorporated his late guitar solo to the version of this song as well as his earlier version of his solo for this song, interesting and well done have not seen that done before, nice. Anything from Live in Paris 1978 I think? or Glasgow 1979 I think, magic best of Acca Dacca!
I’ve seen them live twice in Perth Australia and the videos never do them justice some bands are better on video but that’s how u no a good band when they sound better live, AC/DC is the ultimate and there was no auto tuners and crap then which is even better anyone could put out a single these days with all the software and AC/DC just put out a new album it’s still FIRE and they almost 70 years old haha best rock band of all time considering how loved they still are from the generation when they started playing to there kids listening to it
@@Davesmusicreactions do you why Malcolm & Angus were only tiny little fellas? Lead contaminated water pipes they drank from as young kids on the Glasgow estate...stunted their growths... Rock on!
I’m watching your reaction here on Oct. 31st. Halloween. A day for watching movies where people are possessed by a demon. Angus is definitely possessed. But his possession is a very good thing. He didn’t make a deal with the devil, I believe he has made a pact with his fans. He pours every bit of energy he has to his audience and in return they have blind loyalty to the man who never takes a minute of his performance for granted. He never stands completely still. It’s a visual commitment to never take the day off. Freddie Mercury had this. Eddie Vedder had this.
You could react to any single song done at River Plate, it is perfect... because the energy of the band, the fans is f a n t a s t i c. THis happens, if the best and tightest rock band on the planet plays in front of the best crowd you could play for.
BILLY GIBBONS of ZZ TOP is amoung the top 5 all time with Angus. ZZ TOP is a great band from Texas if you haven't heard them you are missing out! I love AC DC TOO.

Turn your microphone volume down! When both of you talk and its booming and four times louder than music. OUCH, hurts the ear drums. Turn your music up. Not the microphone! Rock on and take care
That entire solo and Phil Rudd keeps the beat like a metronome the entire time. The guy is a freak.
And, since he doesn't have anything else to do, has a smoke while doing it!
Phill Rudd is a BEAST!
Angus is a guitar prodigy, plain and simple. I've never seen anyone move and play like him. There are some imitators out there, but no one has ever come close to duplicating him.
Yeah he have been playing since he was five years old and true
And he's clean while running around! Never saw a player is doing it like him and I know a few 😉
Ac/dc simple to learn impossible to make it sound as good as they do
Dude is 60 at this concert. Endless energy.
