Tightest rhythm section in music. Love your reaction. THIS is rock. THIS is music. No stupid auto tune, no idiotic pitch correction, no backing click tracks, no mindless 50,000 backing dancers because the singer cant own the stage on his own, These guys like so many bands from that era just dont need it. They can do it on their own, just pure powerful rock and entertainment. Beyonce, Miley Cyrus, Niki Minaj, et al, sit down, shut up and pay attention. You'll NEVER be this good and I doubt you'll still be doing your slop in 50 years like these lads.
I think that’s why Lars Ulrich from MetallicA said he would want Rudd to replace him. Yeah seems odd, completely different styles, but it’s the perfect timing Rudd gas that Lars has struggled with I’d say.
Genius bad you know guys I wanna cry at 16 I got into them and being 65 now and seeing Angus playing like a God and all the rest of the band total quality my God the bass!!! That deep sound supporting Angus woaw. I get the chills every time. This one is amazing !!!! Come on yes the 1st time you hear AC it fries your brain! But even now listen to Angus. He re-wrote half of the song that solo is well I have no word. That is a rock STAR
Angus says he never drank and has never done drugs. I believe him. He's still doing it today. A bit slower, but still more energy than people 30 years younger.
There was 110,000 people packed into the arena that night. This was 2009 and the song was originally released on March 21,1977 so this was the 32nd year after release.
This concert was a tribute to Bon Scott, especially this song. You guys need to react to Dirty Deeds from this same concert, and Big Balls with Bon Scott live or the video. Thank you for your reaction I'm a new suppsction.❤❤❤
sad but true and woe is me...... Angus is the only original member on their current 2024 live tour. no dis intended to Brian and Stevie. I remember Stevie filling in for Malcolm on a tour or so when Malcolm was struggling with "demons". rip Bon and Mal', you were a great part of my younger days.
After you’ve done with river plate you should check out the live at Donnington 1991 concert, in there is in my opinion the best version of let there be rock
This is an AC/DC song, friend, and should be respected as such. You can like Bon without disrespecting Brian. And besides, although Bon may have penned the lyrics for it, Angus and Malcolm wrote the music.
I saw these guys in Atlanta GA. in 1991.They played a 22 song set list, incredible! Bon was a great front man,but even he had seen Brian perform and liked it,going forward, anybody that doesn't show Brian Johnson the respect he has more than earned,Bon was with them about 7 years,Brian 40 plus years! It is just crazy to think when Bon passed, what do people think,AC/DC just stop in 1980?Both singers are legendary,R.I.P. Bon and Malcom!
@@dragonfire7734 I saw them live multiple times back in the 1980's, and Brian's voice was great then. He is still good live, although like everyone who has aged, his voice has deteriorated. Because Bon drank himself to death, we have no way of knowing how he would have sounded in his old age, but like everyone else, he would have definitely been lesser as well.
I can't even begin to describe what it's like seeing them live. PHENOMENAL 🔥 🔥
AC/DC! One of the few bands that still request cigarettes, beer and whiskey in their dressing room.
That’s rock and fucking roll right there!
Angus only drinks tea.

Everyone knows that Angus Young is an epic guitarist, but Phil Rudd kept the rhythm long as Angus' solos!
They all had such amazing chemistry
Phil Rudd is a human metronome, literally perfect rhythm.
I think that’s why Lars Ulrich from MetallicA said he would want Rudd to replace him.
Yeah seems odd, completely different styles, but it’s the perfect timing Rudd gas that Lars has struggled with I’d say.
Phil Rudd, epic drummer.
He is great, but I prefer Chris Slade
Phil rudd is the best rock drummer ever
Yes he is Bill Ward ain't bad either
Cooler than a polar bears toenail
Chris Slade é mais insano.
One of the most epic guitar solos of all time!
Angus was in his 50's doing this! BEAST!
The louder the crowd the longer Angus would play. He once said that he got a bigger rush from the crowd than anything else he has ever experienced.
They are all EPIC. But Angus is just on a level of his own.
Genius bad you know guys I wanna cry at 16 I got into them and being 65 now and seeing Angus playing like a God and all the rest of the band total quality my God the bass!!! So glad Malcolm got to play here before he passed. RIP
Phil Rudd is a machine
They are the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
8 minutes in, "This is like a really long guitar solo!" 😂
these guys were in their 60's when they played in Argentina, pretty dam good .
Angus was 54..born March 1955
That is guitar 🎸 monster 👻
Angus says he never drank and has never done drugs. I believe him. He's still doing it today. A bit slower, but still more energy than people 30 years younger.
You need to see a version of this where Bon Scott is singing
Angus...a true guitar prodigy!
AC/DC with the brilliant Bon Scott singing this live at The Apollo in 1979 is the best version of this!! Still miss Bon to this day!!!
There was 110,000 people packed into the arena that night. This was 2009 and the song was originally released on March 21,1977 so this was the 32nd year after release.
Angus is just wonderful!!!
Yes , but Malcolm was the backbone . Greatest Rythm Guitarist of all Times .
I keep waiting for one of these reaction people to say, "holy fuck, that's a great guitar player!"
AC/DC live in ARGENTINA 🇦🇷 Best Crowd Ever!!!!! #Sabélo
Obviously this guitar solo is epic . But I have to be honest, Phil on the drums is more impressive.
all while smoking a cigarette 😎
Yes he was always forgotten and underrated, my practice set for my drums is 8 acdc tunes
Don't forget Malcolm hammering those heavy strings and Cliff they didn't miss a beat
🎸🎸🎸ACDC🎸🎸🎸
I wish SRV was still alive & he could have a battle of the guitars with Angus. It would be truly epic!
LA MÁQUINA DEL ROCK AND ROLL ARRIBA + EL EJÉRCITO DEL ROCK AND ROLL ARGENTINO ABAJO = ACDC "LIVE AT RIVER PLATE". MATEMÁTICA PURA PAPÁ!!.
Nice choice of song ... Nice reaction ❤❤
Phil Rudd aka the human metronome.
This is the only group that I have ever paid $100 to watch and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
First time hearing ! ! These people need to get out more.
ENORME ! ANGUS !
The drummer Phil Rudd never misses a beat. Angus Young guitar god..
Absolutely 💯
Phil Rudd kept up with Angus Young's solo best guitarist and drummer on the planet.
11:01 There will never be concerts like this where you can fall into catharsis🥶
17:21 Bytheway he isnot human
Folks say what they say....standing room only , everytime. Fun Fact , Angus never misses a note. If he ever does , you won't know it.
Australia's Finest Greetings From Queensland!👍
This concert was a tribute to Bon Scott, especially this song. You guys need to react to Dirty Deeds from this same concert, and Big Balls with Bon Scott live or the video. Thank you for your reaction I'm a new suppsction.❤❤❤
There was 71,000 people there, and it was 3 nights sold out, only the Stones drew such crowds
Angus once said, " I only know one lead break, but its a doozy! "
Just imagine Angus was an awesome guitarist in his younger years. You can't get worse the older ya get just more popular, and they did.
Angus, like Chuck Berry so Angus just speeded up and little more...I 56 started listening when I was 9 years old
The best in da bizz
If I remember correctly Angus Youngs solo in this performance was almost 8 minutes long itself.
Es el concierto mas cabron que e visto¡ super¡ es en Argentina yo e estado en conciertos en México¡ pero ese es insuperable¡
You are listening to the greatest living guitar player...maybe the best who's ever been (but don't overlook (SRV).
when lord created angus, he used only talent! ❤

If you watch the original video of this song you get to hear Bon Scott singing it. This version is good but there is nothing like Bon Scott.
After you’ve done with river plate you should check out the live at Donnington 1991 concert, in there is in my opinion the best version of let there be rock
78' Glascow with Bon. Angus and Bon both at their peaks.
@@JRcomments that too
Yep donnington for me and Chris slide on drums fantastic
Chris slade 😮
Now do a reaction to the same song Donington’91 if you really wanna see a performance.
Have you done AC/DC - Whole Lotta Rosie at River Plate? If not, it's a MUST to add to your reaction list! :-)
Something special lol
The stamina. Angus is not a young man anymore
Like all Aussie we play hard or go home. . AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE OI OI OI.
Sound came first is the official version. ;)
You guys are beautiful btw. Happy to have found you.
When you pray to the Gods of Rock you answer to Angus Young
Australian Hard Rock at its best Brian is good Bon is the best at this one listen to the original Australian version maaaaaaate 😊
Angus is a God
If your gonna gonna listen to Let There Be Rock, listen to the 78’ live at The Apollo. It’s Bons song not Brians.
This version doesn't even come close to the Donington version ... at least to my ears.
Bon Scott sung it better, than anyone.
Great
Girl. Watch one flew over the cuckoo's nest. Like reactions.
Phil Rudd was drummer wit Bon Scott as singer. Personally I like Bon Scott new guy Brian Johnson is not as good as bon
Settle down petal
Brian Johnson not bad singer. Although I have to agree with you that Bon Scott the original singer of ACDC was better.
Angus is Kindergarten level
If so how come nobody can duplicate a sound? Obviously know nothing about guitars
Bon scott had better voice for me.
River Plate is the LAST place to first watch ACDC!!!
IT'S ABOUT THE MUSIC, NOT THE CROWD!!!!!!
RIVER PLATE SUCKS!!!!!!!!
Thumbs WAY down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 this is a BON SCOTT song and should be respected as such
This is an AC/DC song, friend, and should be respected as such. You can like Bon without disrespecting Brian. And besides, although Bon may have penned the lyrics for it, Angus and Malcolm wrote the music.
I can't do ACDC without Bon Scott.
@@rickandersen2284 Brian Johnson is great on the albums but he SUCKS live, especially as he gets older

So 9 months on and still no Genesis or anymore from Phil Collins … shame
