Thank you! We are planning to experiment with different formats of the videos - but it is definitely more interesting if you know what orders we are working on... :))
I really find it respectable and a sign of high service quality how you talk with customers. Small things like "Beautiful" (2:06) or "Let's see what happens" (2:36) contribute to a more "natural" atmosphere. Watching your video, it just feels so casual, yet still professional - with the way you act with customers and I just love it so much. Maybe that's just normal in your country, but I don't see that often in shops for people to be like this, so I appreciate it that much more! Keep up the good work, you're definitely doing a really great job!
Thank you for your kind comment! A very good observation by you - we are very casual and friendly in our coffee shops. It is partially due to Denmark's relaxed culture - and partially because we choose to run our business that way. We are spending a lot of time at work - so we want it to enjoy being there and having a relaxed atmosphere helps. Last but not least - it creates a nice experience for our guests. Thank you for watching and leaving such a nice comment! :)))
@@twentytwentycoffee And I thank you for your kind response!! Your coffee shop is definitely on my list of places to visit in europe. And on a high rank too! I wish you all the best of luck and lots of love ❤️
Liked and subscribed. Im not a barista but I love how organised, efficient and visually appealing your videos are. Keep up the good work, looking forward to more videos !!!
Very relaxing to watch your videos. I am a former coffee shop owner. I remained very passionate about coffee, drinking a lot at home and going at coffee shops often. I could learn a very nice and useful tip from you. Thanks and keep up with the videos!
Thank you so much! We are planning to make some longer videos in the future as well - but we also like this format that has a lot of information and is easy to follow. :))
It is a great tool! There are some downsides to it as well (costs, complicated cleaning, etc.) but it definitely helps! We are planning to make a video about it in the future. :))
Thanks! Not everything is automatic but it's nice to eliminate some of the simple repetitive tasks - it definitely makes it smoother and more efficient! :)
Thank you so much! ... and yes, haha that's a little fun thing for me - I don't tare the scale, I just calculate the amount in my head so I can keep going with my portafilters :D
Thank you! We are planning to show all sorts of videos from many aspects of our shops 🤗 And yes, our cappuccino is double shot as a default due to our espresso recipe, the coffee we use, the type of milk and many other aspects. Including our cup size which is around 240ml. 🤓
I try to watch lot of videos like this. But I didn't find. The reason is they didn't do it like you. You're performance and your customer service amazing.
Hi there! Thank you so much - we are happy that you found some inspiration in our videos! :) Our overnight oats contain: oat milk, oats, chia and salt - but we don't give out our specific recipes. Hope that makes sense. Greetings from Denmark :))
HI🖐 GOOD EVENING😊 MY NAME IS PANNIR LOVE FROM 🇲🇾 I REALLY ENJOYED WATCHING YOUR VIDEO 👍I HAVE ONE QUESTIONS ABOUT AMERICANO 😊 ACTUALLY MAKE AMERICANO CORRECT WAY IS FIRST HOT WATER AND SECOND ESPRESSO RIGHT 😊😊
Thank you for your comment. Not sure what is "the correct way" - but in a coffee shop environment it is little bit more flexible and practical to do a espresso shot first. In that way if the extraction feels not correct - I have opportunity to taste the espresso and make adjustment. Hope that makes sense :)
I see, that is because the Gopro camera makes it look a bit bigger than it is in reality. You can see the size compared to my hand - it is a regular cappuccino size. :))
well, we sometimes try to recommend our batch brew but some simply prefer an americano. When the recipe is dialed in - it is actually pretty pleasant drink where you get a flavourfull espresso taste notes but have a longer drink to enjoy for longer. :))
That is because we are actually not Danish 😇 And also some of our staff and many of our customers are international - so English makes a lot of sense for our shop! :))
I really love the fact that you put the order on screen. It helps to better understand what you're preparing.
Thank you! We are planning to experiment with different formats of the videos - but it is definitely more interesting if you know what orders we are working on... :))

Thank you so much for your kind words! We are glad you enjoyed the video! :))
So relaxing to watch! I like that you showed the kitchen side as well, which makes your channel different from all the other POV Baristas :)
Thank you Erica! And yes, we also serve some food and cakes - therefore you will see us prepare that sometimes as well. :))

nice & efficient workflow! I'm surprised by the way you measure the water for americano because you didn't Tare the scale. Keep the videos up!

The vids are just great! Can you show a bit of a kitchen-work as well? And you make all the cappuccinos on double-shots. How big are your cups? 250ml?
Thank you! We are planning to show all sorts of videos from many aspects of our shops 🤗
And yes, our cappuccino is double shot as a default due to our espresso recipe, the coffee we use, the type of milk and many other aspects. Including our cup size which is around 240ml. 🤓
Yeah, for a 240 ml you definately need a double shot 👍 Thanks for the answer and keep up posting the best POV barista videos!
Agree! Thank you so much! :))
Good
Thanks! ;-)

which milk dispenser do you use? :) nice videos!
Thank you! It’s called ubermilk 🤓
@@twentytwentycoffee ahh I thought it was. You only use it for dispensing and not steaming too?
@@InvisibleJiuJitsu we use it for both! :)
Is that machine frothing the milk by itself without the steaming process ? Looks so practical !
Yes! It is aerating the milk inside a tube in the machine! Practical but very expensive toy! :)
Haha, i m wondering why no steam milk😂, btw, i m learning how to steam milk for 1 month, still not stable
Do you just use the steaming attachment if you get an order that needs milk alternatives?
Hello! Do you also serve frappé or iced drinks?
Hi! We sell iced coffee and iced matcha! Frappe is not really a typical drink here in Denmark! We travel to Greece for those! :)))
I have watched all your videos. Can you please make more ASAP? :D
Haha thank you so much!! We are planning to make more soon 😇

What is the name of the machine that provides the steamed/foamed milk?

Why would anyone drink Americano? That just seems something awful to do to a great shot of coffee
