Thank you Dr. Trujillo and Dr. Bleustein! I found this helpful and informative. Particularly the suggestions for staying in the moment. As a disabled registered dental hygienist that was at the point of expanding her career, and then having to give it up due to a failed cervical fusion (and recently finding out I have HSD), I’ve been through a lot of this identity work. It was challenging and difficult however, I realized there is always something you can pull out of your arsenal to form your new and additional identity and evolve in new ways. Not that it hasn’t been a big struggle and continues to be. I still think I could gain more knowledge from Dr. Trujillo‘s book. I think I’ll buy it now! Thank you again for this😊
