Today we are at Croup Manor! This is a build I am very proud of! I hope you enjoy it and get some ideas for your settlements!

This is what I refer to as a small settlement build in some ways, more so an efficient build, to show how much you can pack into one building. I also show off my house which is connected to the circle driveway and looks toward Nahant some.
All world creation club content and dlc are used but there are no mods. This is all filmed on the fallout 4 next gen update on ps5. I believe all are truly used, definitely settlement ambush kit, coffee and donuts workshop pack, home decor, modern furniture, some noir penthouse, as well as a lot of Nuka collector pack littered throughout
