I think part of the problem is that people are expecting these to resell. These boxes are not meant for that. People get mad but they do explain what these boxes are for and talk about the potential defects. I agree with you.
I would never get a reject box from ThredUp they put all the crappy items in them and keep the good stuff ! I also can't believe some of the price's I mean come on $22.oo dollars for a used shirt I can get nicer tops at Walmart ! One unboxing I saw they sent this poor girl stuff my mother wouldn't ware!!

It definitely didn't feel random that so many of those tops were from the same brand. I think I'm more annoyed than you about all of the 0X tops they gave you: that is NOT a size large 😂
I picked the same box you did. It was ok only kept 5 of the items. Donated the other 5 back to Goodwill. Will try to sell 4 of them and kept 1 for myself. I was like you hoping to fill my personal closet but I didn't. Probably won't buy it again.
I purchased the 50 piece shoe box, 10 misc purse and 5 piece Coach purse ones. I was very pleased with the shoe box, and would consider purchasing again! Totally not impressed with the misc purse one, all very old dated styles, no real name brands. I liked the Coach one, probably would not buy again, but was pleased with what I received for the price. I think you should opt for the shoe one next!
If you do a haul please position yourself so that we can see the clothes properly when you show them, not only half of them.. it.s quite frustrating.. thanks 😚
Tammy Reisewitz that box was awful but I love the site. I've orderd high end clothing and put together georgeous outfits. I've never tried the mystery box. But the site is definitely good. They have great stuff for all age ranges and every brand. The Nanette L. and Karen Millen stuff is great.
I've watched a few of these rejects and it's not for me. It's a tossup, some of it is junk and not resellable. Even at $4each or $5 each, at best you'd do better taking it to a Flea market to sell.
As bad as I feel your box was, the one I got was worse. It reeked of perfume, the tops were all terrible . One had a bleached spot in front, another was so pilled. Absolutely nothing worth wearing or donating. I thought thred up donated this stuff, it’s not good enough to donate so they decided to scam us instead.

Thred up is trash. All their stuff is outdated and overpriced. You can find many of the same things and styles at your local thrift store. They also hardly pay you anything for the items they do keep of yours (if they keep any at all). Poshmark is where its at

You gotta try the clothes on the website. The clothes on this video are rejected clothes. They have a lot of nice brands on the website.

Seems like they send you bigger sizes than you requested. 14w and 16w is not the same size as a 14 or 16.

Thredup often lists clothing that reeks of perfume as "like new" condition. You can't tell until you receive the package.
