Thank you, thank you the company I work for users the NPS as the Gospel. They tell me I am a nonproductive failure because of it. I have been working for them for 24 years. I pointed out the fact the questions were about what people might do and not what they have done and was told I am wrong, everybody uses the NPS and is accurate. I disagree as I know of one company where profit goes up when score goes down and a dealer where I had my car serviced I was told only score a 10 or 9 if I want to score anything else don't do the survey. So whats the point. All its doing to me is sending me to doctor for stress as I an being judged on hypothetical fiction. Oh I am in Australia where they believe if they do in America we must do the same. Oh when was the last time the manager raved on for 2 minutes about a company......... NEVER.
