      Hi! Thanks for the compliment. I see NPS mostly as an internal management tool to try to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, which should drive the (internal and external) metric revenue growth as a result.

    It’s clear that a whole lotta work went into making this video, yet only a few thousand views and fewer than 100 likes? That’s plumb crazy?

      Yep, it can happen.... I will only make a video when I have indications that there is an interest (in terms of number of potential views) in the topic, and when I feel I can make a different and/or better video than what is already out there. Sometimes a video that took me relatively little effort to make, takes off and gets a lot of views and likes. While at other times I spend enormous amounts of time, and nothing really happens, or phrased more positively "the audience has not discovered this video yet".
