I really liked this watch especially the blue one, but the only issue i have is the case diameter it will look to small on my 8 inch wrist, only if they made the dial 38 or 40mm

Customer support is decent brother... They are acknowledging all the issues so far... And i have not heard about any customer support issues... If there is something that I have missed plz do share your experience here... 😊
@@sudiprakshit8468 thats not right, they are actually quite opposite. Two people shared their warranty claim experience in FB group and it was very smooth. Have you tried their service?

Try to connect to them via Instagram and email. So far I know they acknowledge the queries and resolve them... People have shared their experiences as well in various FB groups... Don't worry they will answer your queries

Meri to 8 inch ki wrist pe choti watch bohot kharab lagti hai. longbo ka square dial watch meri wrist pe thik lagta h use choti watch bilkul ladkio type lagti h.
I bought the Devanagari Chrono and I can say DWC is definitely overhyped. Except for the dial, the whole watch felt cheap . The strap was some 100 rs roadside one that too tha buckle did not have dwc engraving. Case was ok, but the miniral glass finishing felt very cheap. Its my opinion, othere' might vary
Brother it has got a Seiko movement inside if u go for alba watches with same movement it may cost you more than 6 to 7k even after discount. But the Microbrand is packing best possible things in really nice budget price... That has to be appreciated. If you have any qc issues you can connect to them directly they will resolve...😊
