That was not Dharavi, it was near Ghatkopar, Sakinaka, Bail bazaar area while approaching the runway in Mumbai.

This is the same plane vt alq where multiple systems failed including localiser, lost receiver, altimeters and many more during flight from Delhi to New York in 11 Sep 2018 operating as ai 101. So it was diverted to Newark liberty International Airport and on 12:30 utc it landed on runway 04R of liberty airport.
