It’s totally understandable to want a career that matches your training and skills. You’ve been so brave to start fresh in a new country, and it’s amazing that you’re embracing new work opportunities while paying your way. That kind of courage and adaptability says a lot about you. Keep going on your journey, enjoy beautiful Noosa, and know that making new friends and connections in such a short space of time is a great reflection of who you are.
@@IsabelleeDow Somebody always has a marketing budget looking for the talent to do them right. Just saying :) I got a soft spot for the Yo-Chi Strawberry with the crunchy toppin. I feel you. Take some serious will to drive past this.
@@OpalAuctions53Frogshaha hopefully they’ll pick up on my enthusiasm some day… ooo what a combo - I do love the mango and original flavours they do (can’t go wrong with the mango mochi either!)
Agreed, think I’m more talking about progressing my career! Loving life so not trying to kick myself too much for not finding what I’ve been looking for just yet :)
"Not a proper corporate job", you're going to have to get rid o that mentality now your here, any job that pays you money is a proper job, you're in QLD where a large percentage of the population doesn't work for big corporations, choosing to work for a small shop or being self employed does not make your job less, and as someone who worked both working for big corporations is not always better, get the right small company and you'll enjoy your job much more.
Haha you’re very right, Noosa is filled with hospitality and tourism mainly and really don’t mind working in those industries especially when the people I work with are so lovely. Just more into the future I want to go back into my previous career so most likely need to move to Brissy/Melbs/Sydney for that :)
@@IsabelleeDow I work in IT so know what you mean, I've been living in Brissy for a while, though remote working is a thing now, and most of my work is in Sydney now so find the right remote work job and stay in Noosa if you can, unfortunatly remote work wasn't a thing in 2002 when I move to Brissy.
Please don’t remove shells from the beach, they are an important part of the ecology. In some areas there are fines for removing shells. Just admire them when you are at the beach.
I couldn't help noticing the bush turkey, over your left shoulder, in the first minute or so if your video. Did you notice it was there? In all of my decades living in Australia. i have never seen a bush turkey in a shopping centre. They make themselves at home anywhere; humans don't seem to bother them. I am glad your life is going well for you.
Looks like a relaxing evening! The walk, cat and clean bed especially ❤
Nothing better than crawling into fresh sheets

Thank you Mumma, trying to remember to take it slower and it will all pan out when it needs to :) enjoying Noosa is my main priority at the moment!
Great to see your vlog. Good to hear that you are making some friends. I am hearing to New Zealand today
Thanks Rob :) Have a lovely trip!
All these plugs Yo-chi Noosa needs to put you on the payroll!
@@OpalAuctions53Frogs you’re telling me, someone needs to start funding my weekly trips there haha

Thank you, don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! Mainly the weather, beaches and lifestyle - much more aligned with my way of living versus the UK :)
