  • When instructing , either at seminars or at home, I find many people struggle to understand how to throw a correct side knee from the clinch. In this episode we talk about stance, technique execution, striking point, etc.

    Throwing side knees is the same motion with hips as throwing a round kick. You're just using the clinch to pull your opponent in
