You can set any mode according to your requirement like if you are making drone so usually you need to use CH3 as a throttle. About reverse if you're drone is moving forward after pressing back joystick so you need to reverse particular Channel. To do this setting you need to install software of ct-6b using cd(come with ct-6b) or internet
