How in the world can't the police help?! This is harassment, stalking, trespassing and you'd think dead animal carcasses would be some kind of destruction of property and definitely a threat. This makes zero sense. The police arrest people on the street for nothing everyday...this man is dangerous. And when it escalates to him hurting that woman, the county is going to be like "we're investing why nothing was done. Blah blah blah."
If the police "can't help" then there is more to this story than meets the eye.
@@dawnsstar5918 You might be right but I just think back to alllll the cases we hear of where police did nothing. Domestic abuse situations where people were being stalked and abused for years or murdered because restraining orders do nothing. Situations where dangerous people get minor charges and then go on crime sprees when they should be in jail. There are A LOT of situations where police and the justice system do nothing and when something terrible happens they're just like "🤷♀️"

Wow I can really relate to these poor people. I had three Neighbors From Hell. Who lived across the street renting out part of the house and then using the garage as an office for psychotherapy. She had no waiting room so all the people ended up on my lawn or in front of my house fighting with each other because they're unstable. Then the guy next door had four dogs he let them bark non-stop couldn't even go outside to eat because the dogs were always out there barking. Had another neighbor on the other side of me with one dog. Same thing let the dog out and just let him bark all day long. Couldn't even sit in our backyard. It was a nightmare. It helped make a dent in my marriage also. I was very sick and my husband was going through his issues. I know the neighbors from hell no consideration I don't know how they could stand the constant barking. We got divorced and sold the house and said goodbye. I've never seen anything like it. The things the landlord across the street had to say to me or vile and disgusting. She said she hoped my children were born retarded. After she said that I found out that she had a daughter that was disabled. I can't even fathom the way that poor kid was probably treated. This woman was mentally ill and just horror. It's over now thank God I'm in a nice quiet neighborhood but the law protects the guilty, not the victim

I have been selling Security Systems and Cameras for 23 years. I hear these stories all the time. My advice. Don’t talk to or confront the bully. They hate being ignored. In a note book document time and date of everything said or done. Call the police and show them your note book. The police should then talk to the bully. If problem persists keep going back to the police but remember do not talk to or confront the bully.

I have two neighbors from hell. One finally left a couple weeks ago and I cried in relief. The other is still there. Blaring their music from trucks on the FRONT lawn every holiday and all weekend. I’m building a set of data and will sue in civil court. It is so annoying. I just want PEACE

Guy is just having fun. I do weird shit to all my neighbors too. I sat on an old toilet in one's front yard when they all came home from work and when they asked me what i was doing i stood up with an american flag singing "It's a grand old flag" in a diaper and using a kazoo.

Step 1: Post "no trespassing" signs in a manner compliant with anti-trespassing laws.
Step 2: Buy a shotgun
Step 3: buy rubber slugs/bean bags/rock salt shells.
Step 4: teach every member of your family how to use it
Step 5: Fire at any and all trespassers with as many rounds as possible until they have exited your property.
Step 6: Be prepared to use lethal rounds if necessary.
Step 7: Report any and all incidents to police even if it is only to file multiple reports
Step 8: Bask in the glory of the Castle Doctrine and the Justice System.

As terrible as it sounds, the best way to deal with evil neighbors is to simply ignore them altogether! If you simply don't allow yourself to care or be bothered, they'll lose interest because they aren't getting a reaction. There's no need to stoop to their low levels.

I’m trying to sue my last landlord. The lower tenant was pacing in front of my window saying he was going to shoot me because I called the cops on him for ripping locks off my washer and dryer. The landlord told the cop i was not all there and not competent to make decisions because i am disabled. I have my paralegal degree but have agoraphobia and social anxiety disorder. I can’t do people. I was tormented until I moved and the police report says the landlord was kicking me out because I was disabled.

Our beloved Prophet Mohammad (SAW) said: “Angel Jibril advised me continuously to take care of the neighbor till I thought that Allah is to make him an inheritor.” Muslim must be good to his neighbors, no matter their religion. Holy Prophet (SAW) taught us that a “Neighbor” is not just the one next door but includes all those up to forty houses in all directions is definitely a whole neighborhood.

I live next door to the worse neighbor EVER!!!! - she has destroyed 4 of my wooden fences (each one 125ft long) by digging underneath nightly- running a hose to keep the ground wet & throwing a noose over the fences to pull them down into her yard!- (she did this because she felt I should go in "halves with her to buy her a fence "under the good neighbor clause" - I told her she was NOT a good neighbor & I was NOT required to go in halves to replace her crappy fence- but I would build my OWN next to hers & she could replace hers whenever she wanted... she proceeded to remove my retaining wall- my house is on a hill & the matching retaining wall runs along the other neighbors house (who I get along with greatly!!!) on the other side- after the 3rd fence was destroyed - I finally intalled a rod iron fence- & she got mad cause I have a lot of lighting- she cut all the lights, stole some lightings- tries to destroy my cameras- & even today I had to call tyhe police because she destroyed my rod iron fence in the front yard!!!- - The police keep saying they can't arrest her because she is "5150" & I have to keep suing her in court as this is "just a civil matter"- nothing civil about the $1000's I have has to spend replacing my fence every 2 yrs -I prevailed in the 3 court cases- & I have a lien on her property- but unfortunately- as everyone knew... I'm gonna have to wait until her house sells before I have any chance of seeing the money- - she yells at me daily- I've never spoken to the woman- but - I've got lots of video of her screaming obscenties, destroying my property , stealing my property & even putting it up on her front lawn like souvineers - again the police tell me "I need to prove its MY property in a court of law"- yet my crazy neighbor is NOT required to prove it is her property to destroy... much less its her property.- heck- my neighbor even solicits others to "harrass me online, & in supermarkets because I have a lien on this sweet lil ole ladie's house"!!!! she even pays them to destroy my property- her next act which I recorded on security cam- is she wants to destroy my new solar hook up & Tesla battery.... "I will teach that B**ch for not buying me a fence!" - yes- the lady in this story is 100% correct - the police have been to my neighbors house over 80 times in the last 2 yrs- 21 due to her harrassment of me & destroying my property- the 60 due to her stealing other peoples property & false accusations against tenants that she finds via the local acorn - claiming the elder abused her, or sexually assaulted her - & forcing them to go into a court room to prove THEY DID NOT do that- she has over 40 court cases - 8 are false accusations- she even accused me of assaulting her after I won the 1st time in small claims & I had to prove- that no- I did not- assault her- & she assaulted HERSELF just to get the restraining order-.... yes- my neighbor is is the worse neighbor ever - too bad I can't get the news involved- & the police can't arrest her... "unless she actually tries to stab me or sets my house on fire..."

But the Canon XA11/15 are considered pro-level HD cams and run under $2k, I don’t recall off the top of my head but certainly there are decent 4k cams at that price, though Canon/Sony tends to be 3k + for something really good.
Not that it wouldn’t be 4k.. but the lens would have to suck and it’d be riddled with issues. I’d spend 400 on an HD Handicam and at least know you get decent quality.
(I’m not saying you know this or not, just, I sure as shit wouldn’t trust a 4k that cheap when good HDs are over 1000).

Had a neighbor like this once that police were well aware of so already he was on the wrong side. I ended up getting him so mad one time hoping he would swing at me, exactly where I wanted him. Made sure there were witnesses and even fell to the ground to make it look good. That was all I needed for a self defense claim. I beat the brakes off that man, I whaled on him for 3 minutes straight. I waited 4 years for that moment. He never called the cops because he knew he swung first and fell into my trap. He never said a word to me after that, occasionally flipping me off when he drove by but that’s fine, I would just wave at him and smile.. lol was hella worth it.

This time he took it the extra mile and became a physical threat to me...so yeah bud when you come into someone’s personal space with your fists clenched and you take a swing at someone unprovoked, be prepared to find yourself in a fight. If your insinuating that I was a bully, you obviously don’t know me. I hate confrontation and I decided I wasn’t going to be a victim that day. Because bullies made the law. Police really are pretty useless for most crime. Although it's not their fault. You really do have to solve your own problems. The only thing the cops really care about are violent crimes, crimes perpetrated against businesses, or drug and alcohol related crime. Someone broke into my house about 8 years ago, nothing, someone hit and ran my neighbors cadi, nothing. I even watched it happen and gave then a dead accurate description of the driver and vehicle, no arrest. No time spent looking or investigating. The guy was driving a ford bronco 2. How many of those are even left on the road in blue and silver? 30 minutes at the DMV and a detective probably could have nearly solved it. Nothing. If it wasn't for my brothers kids I would keep my rifle loaded and sitting next to my bed. I'm done with the police. They don't help. Another one is my buddy who just got out of being in lockup for 5 days because his ex gf violated her restraining order by walking into his job. Cops arrest my buddy for violating her restraining order. Nope, the law is useless unless you're rich or well connected.
