      First all " bukets" are seeded period stuff is classified to hell and back and you will never get your " moneys worth" you may as well have just flat out burned a thousand bucks which is honestly fucked considering how many folx are in pretty dire straights also all that " powder" flying has potential " flour gold " so you should never ever dry pan/ classifying like you did as you will lose gold given its specific gravity of 19.32....always submerge gold when classifying/panning
      For the reccord I spent 4 months in colorado gold panning/ camping back on my 21st birthday and came out with over 3lbs of gold and silver as well as gems/ mineral specimens which is by far the best way to go instead of this rip off scam crap...

      EastSideRides in real life 1 ton of gold rich sand contains probably few dollars of gold so they have to put some nuggets in there. If it was so easy to find such an amount of gold the price would be $0.01 per ounce of gold.

      @@timothyhinton5665 Every company, and every seller needs to make a profit. The thing is that the profit should not be as big as is in this case. The profit is more than how much is actually worth. So, maybe you need to think before you speak or just shut up because (I need to tell you), you're an idiot.

    • @ASDASD34RDFS
      @ASDASD34RDFS 5 лет назад +2

      @@timothyhinton5665 This video shows that this is a huge scam, since if it was truly a bucket filled with dirt from a digsite, you'd get way more micros and different sizes. No way in hell can they guarantee you only getting nuggets in a nugget bucket, and barely any flakes. So they probably dug out some dirt from some low-gold rated digsite, put in 9 nuggest and some small flakes, then they send it off. Huge scam as these should be filled with prime dirt from a good site with a randomized chance, not 450 dollars after hours of filtering it only to find big nuggets and flakes that someone threw in there.

    I've never done any gold prospecting or panning. But while you were sifting out the different classifications of Lynch dirt, I couldn't help but think... NO One just gives away gold. Period. I watched you work and thought about the Lynch business of selling buckets of dirt for $1,000. And my immediate conclusion even before seeing half this video was that you will likely get possibly about $300 ish worth of gold. Why? Because Lynch ain't stupid. I have No doubt they carefully choose the gold you would get and mix it into a clean bucket of dirt. They knew Exactly how much gold you would get. AND... they knew just how much profit they would make selling you a bucket of dirt for $1,000. Why? Because it's a business and they intend to make a profit. On you, they made about $550. Oh well. :(

      I would assume they don't just go out to a freaking creek bed and find some black dirt without checking it out first.And make sure they didn't mess anything big but make sure some small pieces are left in the bag to find!

    • @RhysGFrelsa-Eudyptula
      @RhysGFrelsa-Eudyptula 6 лет назад +1

      Actually... They made $1000 minus packaging and shipping... Since they own the dirt already. Wouldn't be as profitable of they sifted through it themselves because then you have to factor in the cost of the dredgers, sifters, people. It's more profitable for them to just scoop it as is into buckets and hope there is at least some gold in the buckets.

      Don't get me wrong. I think you handled this vid with talent as far as not bashing the product for your loss. Im talking about the companys that just rip the hell outta our hopes and dreams and even fun. Cuz its like yur all amped up to find ya a good size nugget. And the more time yur spose to be havin fun doin it the more ya get bummed and the more ya get pissed off knowing that they have this all figured out to not just making a bit of profit but to know they got it figured out to where they make ten fold on a person. It's just a shame that this world is all about the coin to where its gettin to be paying for fun like this sux. Cuz If i would have ever bought a bucket of this dream smashing fun dirt bucket and ever come across one of the owners. I would punch him right the kisser and roll his ass right there and then. Then i woulda kept kickin him in his ass until he cried "Uncle" while sucking his thumb with his pants down to his ankles running down the skreet sayin, "I'm a fun stealer,".. "I'm a fun stealer" over and over....

    Hey... thank you for buying this at a grand...and the video. It's like we got to go through it with you.. I could never afford that. But have bought some pay dirt probably around $50 bucks in the past and also had flour gold added to it with some Alaska gold nuggets added.. it probably cost me around $200.00 I wanted the real stuff added so that I could also practice panning and separating the flour or fine gold...
    But this was fantastic...it was like a grab bag... And you got the fun of separating it... Wish I could buy like ten of them....and could spend a good amount of time doing it the same way you did bro....thanks again..😀

    I think after watching the video and the sort out, they are seeding buckets of clean dirt rather than it being random. With 9 nuggets that size there should be more fine gold material in there to pan out in my opinion.
    Feel like these types of items are scams and nobody ever gets a profit off of bing the buckets regardless of what price point a company chooses or weight because they are filling with cleaned dirt and rock then just dropping in whatever gold they want to make it seem legit.

    Man, that was a bit of a loss! That sucks! Nice gold though!! As for it being 24k, I find that very hard to believe. Raw gold is never 24k, so I've been told by a very knowledgeable geologist / gold miner / prospector.

    This sure makes me feel like one smart cookie!
    I bought 7 grams of gold from a guy I know who recovers it from computer components at below spot price and have been cutting, hammering, filing and sawing it down into all sizes, from 1/2g nugget to flour and shapes: like flat, wire, round and jagged.
    I figure to mix it with various common materials and perfect my sluice/high banker angle and flow as well as my panning skills and speed in a closed environment.
    Plus the fun of it!
    BTW, Although informative, this wasn't my favorite video. I missed the excitement of discovery - watching you pan it, not to mention Krusty Rusty!

    Wow love the video! I am a brand new subscriber and I this is my first video I’ve seen of yours. I am already addicted now. I’m sure the more of your videos I watch the more questions about panning and why you want to separate out the “black sand” or the “magnetic stuff”? Does that sell too? Also do you sell the left over rocks and sand or do you just dump them outside some where?

    • @Klesh
      @Klesh  5 лет назад +1

      Hi Ash Ley, thanks for getting addicted to my show LOL! So the black sand I keep in a separate container and then I process it with chemicals when I get a lot of it to extract the microscopic gold. After that it goes to waste recycling. The left over rocks and sand (also called tailings in the mining world) I pan through again to check if I missed any gold. After that , I just return it to the river. I do those things about once a year. You can see the process for both in the following two videos: ruclips.net/video/G7j9-d2hWfY/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/EsnAM2jeFuM/видео.html

      Exactly. They're a business and have to make money, so I can't say they "Suck" or anything. However, there's plenty of other companies (that i've reviewed) that yield much more gold per dollar spent. I was never over in Pitkin county prospecting, but I'd say just bring your shovel, classifier, 2 buckets, maybe a crevice tool and a small scoop with you gold pan and you're good to go! The minus 30 must have yielded so little because since its not 24k gold some of the impurities included iron which is as you know magnetic. since it weighs so little even a little bit of it will be magnetic enough for the magnet.

      Hey Joe thanks for the comment. So although this video has paid for itself many times over due to ad revenue, It's hard to spent almost a grand on something that was so disappointing the first time around. If I did buy another "nugget bucket", I think i'd do a different one, and have it shipped to an anonymous person, because Lynch Mining now knows who I am. I wouldn't want to get a "gold heavy" bucket to be fair to everyone watching. Good question though, and again I appreciate the comment and view!

    For goodness sake people...if you want gold, and you are going to spend that much money, simply buy some gold coins and get your money's worth. If you want gold in its native form, buy some real nuggets on ebay, etc. These paydirt companies rig every single unit so you get some gold, but not too much! After all, they are trying to make money, not lose it. What all these paydirt videos demonstrate is that you are lucky to break even, at best...if you are Extremely lucky!!! Stop paying the people at Lynch Mining you hard earned money! As a prospector and miner, it is simply impossibe for that much gold to appear in one bucket of dirt. Its COMMON SENSE people!!! Good video never the less and thumbs up.

      Yeah this is the first bucket I got from Lynch Mining. This is the most I've ever found as well, but also the most I ever paid for a bucket of paydirt. On average you can expect to find around half the value in gold in the money you spend on any paydirt. Sometimes much less. Thanks for watching and hopefully helping you decide if you'd want to purchase something like this.

    I am making no comment on the quantity of gold versus the upfront price. Nice video. Very methodical approach to classifying what size and how much etc. Very informative. I have recently taken up amateur prospecting and I have paid membership dues to allow for access to established claims. I am not associated with any paydirt sites... I have bought from various sites, but none from Lynch. Personally, I find panning most paydirt the results feel fake. Very cool to find color, but the size totals are always skewed to one dominant classification size... Having struggled to just see flakes in the pan after several test buckets. Regardless of what anyone thinks, probably from processing salted paydirt. To find this much gold on one prospecting outing would represent an epic day... We are all consumers at heart, and I hear reference to the value in weight of the gold compared to market price... I think of it somewhat differently. This kind of gold is not going to jump into your pan, you would have to work very hard or be incredibly lucky to find this much gold on a single outing. This is approximately what it would cost for one prospecting outing. Amortize the equipment costs over multiple outings. Cost of Gas for day trip $50, Food for day trip (2 people) $75, Claim membership 1 year $50 to $80, Drywasher $400 to $1200, or Sluice $200, Shovels $30, Picks $40, Buckets $25, gloves, boots, knee pads $100, Easyup Shade $125. This is all sunk costs before I can process 1 pan. There is no guarantee when I go out that I am going to find even 1 flake of gold... I guess that's why they call it prospecting, and not guaranteed return on investment... I do it because it is emotionally rewarding to me. I get to spend time with my family, doing something that interests all of us... Surely that beats sitting at home staring at cellphone screens... Just my 2 cents... Thanks for the cool video.
