It's very ominous. Just like the shadow of a Sector 7 Lanius bomber with four shields, eight weapon power, level 3 cloaking hacking and mind control, and 7 cloned crew members who all want to reach out and call you on their teleporter.
Lanius is byfar my favorite FTL species as they are unique and interesting and most of all purely alien, and this song captures that a lot its exceeding
Last Stand is in progress (as of this comment,) but once that’s done, I will be considering this project completed. The tracks Deepspace and Wasteland are being left out, but there’s not much to work from with those…
