Hi I tried to take off the bumper of my insignia but 2 of the screws on each side of the tires I can't screw out I put some w40 and steel the same problem .. do you have any idea what to do to screw out thank you

I see your headlight was full of condensation also... That's why I have to take mine off, to be able to remove headlight.... Pain in the arse
