Just a random thought - i don't think she uses echolocation, rather, seismic activity to locate enemies while underground. I don't think echolocation could work underground, as the sound waves wouldn't be able to pass through the earth and hit the target above ground.

Honestly for the most part yes, especially if they have a dash wait for them to engage on you and then you naturally interrupt it and this gives you a massive advantage against them instead!

Reksai also falls off incredible hard late game
Yeah she definitely doesn’t scale as hard, her late game scaling comes from her ability to make picks or blow up a carry!
