I love how he priorities the orb so he can collect xp but he can't even kill the enemies to get the xp because he lacs weapons

He does this all the time. Takes absolutely shit passives even when its clear he needs more weapons, then dies because his dps is nonexistent.

@@bumfricker2487 He is so focused on evolving weapons he does not see he has to scale up at all times. The fact he takes absolutely useless shit and then even evolves it is beyond mortal understanding, though.
The atractorb is actualy so incredibly bad its hillarious. He even said it, you can just "walk and pick up the XP" he still takes the orb all the time. It does not even make a good evolution, like the useless clover or hollow heart.
@@CZProtton Attractorb is fine, or great even. You can't just walk and pick up the XP when it's surrounded by enemies, and being able to instantly collect XP at higher levels of attractorb is very helpful in the mid/late game.
NL's actual problem in the first run was that he put so many levels into getting Vandalier early. Second run was better but he put way too many levels into Ebony Wings and Fire Wand.
So yeah, I agree that he's focusing too much on evolutions instead of just taking and scaling good weapons. Attractorb isn't the problem though - it's the misuse of the extra levels gained from attractorb.
@@KiwisauceY The game scales in such a way that you can always just melt enemies and take the XP that way or circle around the horde and change directions. Levels in atractorb could have been levels in spinach, for example, that straight up raises your dps by 20% on all weapons, which is just insanely good.
The atractorb costs XP to level up so you can gain more XP... which is kind of dubious and I am not sure you get the benefit of it to pay for itself. That + losing out on leveling something that raises dps makes it shit tier, about as bad as the regen item or hollow heart, but hollow heart can save you from getting mobbed as you can push through small amounts of enemies and the evolved whip is great. Atractorb on only does not evolve anything, it takes a spot of something that could evolve a weapon.

Super bird is really strong with good passive items and a few upgrades. It usually sucks as the first upgraded weapon though, as it loses the constant volley of two birds and the low area of attack at level 1. Definitely not the first weapon to fully upgrade.
it’s not even good period… it does a gross amount of overkill damage on its circles so its damage is always super high, but in the end his targeting and utility is still ass

Upgraded bird is pog, but its too slow to get as your first evolved weapon. Should be ~3rd
it’s not even that good… it just does a gross overkill amount of damage but it’s targeting is just as bad as the other birds
@@Philgob the targeting does become less an issue once it’s levelled up and has basically permanent uptime, and the enemies are crowded. But the investment that it needs is… kinda insane. It’s a late game item for sure.
At that point to be fair, any other weapon that’s much better early can be used in its place. So yeah you know what I’ve persuaded myself, the bird is not that good

Evolved bird pretty much should seal a victory if you get it mid-late game, i think it goes well with an evolved whip or evolved bible to secure the early-mid stages (garlic is still kinda trash dont @ me)

@@blahthebiste7924i'd tend to agree, but its a problem for egg man. Also, it allows you to buy bulk. Buy 2 costco bread, freeze 1. I bought big 3lb summer sausage as 1 man and enjoy it in sections over the course of the rest my life

I can buy half loaf of bread, even quarter (just any size I want because there is a dude that will cut it for me) in a grocery store. There are also baguette 'bins'. Near that store are located pizzeria, bakery, and the ice-cream store (gelateria).

Buying a 12 pack of buns to get 2 is more waste than just getting 2 buns. Smaller pack size can mean more plastic but less food waste.

Bulk Barn is still going super strong in Ontario and they handled Covid well. You follow around an employee and tell them what you want and they handle everything else.

I agree with NL. food needs to be sold in portions that one or 2 people can feasibly get through without either having the same thing for the next 4 meals or wasting 75% of the unused product. As a two-person household we just don't go through a whole loaf of bread before it goes bad, we waste half a jar of pasta sauce cause we don't make enough pasta to warrant a whole jar of sauce.

The idea behind "Less product means more packaging" is that the company would sell the same amount of product each year. Lets say thats 400 buns, they use a packaging every 4 buns, meaning 100 packagings. If they were to sell 400 buns (to distributers and grocery stores, since we never buy right from the manufacturer) but with 2 buns per packaging, they would need 200 packagings, ergo the double amount of plastic they needed in the first place.
Im not pro-foodwaste, but its a double-edged sword tbh.
When I got my booster five months ago, I found it a bit strange that the staff asked me to go to a waiting room for fifteen minutes before I left, supposedly so I wouldn't collapse on my way home. What would have been nice was for them to tell me that I was going to feel like absolute crap two days later for about thirty-six hours. Just saying, it would have been nice.
