I totally felt this "Blizzard likes to permanently ban people because you tell a hunter to turtle"... I've had 2 accs banned this expansion over this kind of shit now. I just quit PVP, but still, telling someone to use a def or use CC is considered toxic and a banable offense by Blizzard automatic BOT system. I'm currently banned for 3 weeks, and have tried to ask 6 times in my ticket now, as to WHY, and state the sentences that got me banned. I've gotten the same automatic bot response every time now. The latest? From what looks like taiwanese/chinese customer service. It's a fucking joke, and it has to stop.
did u say "use tutrle" or "use turtle u D%#() R@)#($ M@)(#$F@#)($ K%&" for a perma ban? cuz I'm a new (2months) player currently at 1.6k rating shuffle, and I'm flaming the shit out of everyone, even though I could do better myself, I talk shit about myself and my decisions as well, and didn't get banned yet.

Ive played shuffle for a while now and always strategize and converse with my allies even when they dont say anything and ive never had an issue. I guarantee you are downplaying how much you're actually saying in chat. Cool it down and stop being so negative. Calling people names and shit is childish, be respectful. Blizzard is a shitty company and their customer service is god awful, yes, but if you're being spam reported to the point the bot picks it up and bans you, YOU are the problem.
