I bought a 2003 Dodge SX (Neon) 2.0 that seemed powerless the first time I ran it.... When inspecting it more I noticed that the Spark Plug Tubes were raised up out of the 2nd and 4th cylinders. After research and reading tech specs, I documented my repair.
