Olá Andrejs, There are a few absolutely beautiful windmills along the coastal road from Salir to São Martinho, to Nazaré… I took some pretty shots of some of them. That could be why you saw them amongst the houses. Personally, I like the small houses… just what I hope to find one day! Thanks for the video!
@JenShea Hello Jen, I noticed some windmills at the viewpoint. One is actually for sale! It is a 30-square-meter T1, but the asking price is high. Me too. I can live in a 50-square-meter space, but I would love an outdoor kitchen, pool, etc. 😄😄😄 Thank you, and have a great weekend! 🫡🇵🇹
I’m interested in learning more about Caldas da Rainha, Salir do Porto and San Motrin da Porto to move there in the next two years. Could you please do your great reviews recapping and comparing these three areas. Specifically looking at property cost/rent T2, access to multiple grocery stores, closeness to hospitals. Thank you.
@@frankc2427 Hey, I will not make seperate episode with comparing, but I will reply on your e-mail and tell all the pros and cons of each place, deal? 🫡
I've been there twice, both on work, and it seems like a place full of holiday homes where nobody lives permanently. At least it was the impression I got. My client is an emigrant in France, her main house is in Santarém but she also has a holiday house in Salir do Porto, probably like many other emigrants because when I was there I saw a lot of cars with foreign plates.
I was surprised because the streets in the video looked exactly like they did in real life. At one point, all I could hear were my own footsteps, and when I stopped, there was complete silence. It was a strange feeling, considering how densely houses are built. But I would be lying if I said I didn't like it. Silence is always good. When you want more action, you can jog to São Martinho do Porto or Caldas😄 Well, but prices are still quite steep for houses here.
Thanks for another great video. My concern with the Silver Coast is the weather. I understand it can be foggy, windy and rainy-even if real estate is relatively low cost. Hence, if we move to PT, we’ll likely pick a place close to Lisbon or the Algarve. Nonetheless I appreciate your Silver Coast videos so I’m less ignorant. 😂 Looking forward to your Q&A video. 👍🏻
@lucchese20 Hey there 👋 How are you doing? 🙂 The weather is good on the Silver Coast, but I think Peniche has its own climate (a bit colder) because it's literally in the ocean 😄 The Algarve will be hotter for sure, but I'm not sure if that's a plus for me, if you like the heat 👍 But you must watch all my Silver Coast videos for sure 😂😂😂 See you next week🫡

@lauras8674 Thank you for your comment 🙂👍 Salir definitely made me wonder what it would be like to live in those beautiful houses 😁

You should have hiked to the chapel at the mouth to the bay! Amazing vistas and gateway to the Atlantic!

Hello! Em Português dizemos:"dia de nevoeiro, dia soalheiro" - "foggy day...sunny day " 👍
@@serramcs Hi 👋 It is saying in Portugal yeah? 🙂 It was just like that, sunny and then couple of moments later - foggy 😁

@lucchese20 Obrigado 🙂
Salir do Porto is good if you want to slow down. It's bad if you're looking for action/more activities with essential services at your disposal.
I agree with you 100%🫡 Those are exactly my thoughts.
Idílic place made by nature itself a " grande obreira"
Yes, I completely agree with you🙂
