    Difference between men and women in court:
    Man says he was assaulted, with video and pictures of his injuries are not allowed.
    Woman dosen't even know how she got injured, pictures of her injuries are allowed.

    • @taraz6786
      @taraz6786 7 месяцев назад +6

      Yes because in terms of physical strength and impact of one person’s injuries, it’s simple biology. The stronger person has to bear more responsibility, this isn’t anything new, unless of course the circumstances are extreme and it’s not a physical fight, then of course it would be different.

    • @moongod424
      @moongod424 7 месяцев назад +11

      that's completely wrong but i doubt you truly care, you just see an actor you like being charged and convicted, also minor injuries like scratches or superficial wounds are not admitted because they are so minor that they could've been caused by everyday living.

    • @EbonySeraphim
      @EbonySeraphim 7 месяцев назад +26

      @@taraz6786is that even a valid reply? You're responding as if the question was measuring the danger or impact of a man committing violence against a woman and reverse. In reality, the comment started exactly at the fact that "this amount of damage was done to him, and this amount of damage was done to her." We don't need to argue or speculate on what she could have done or used: he had injuries and there was evidence of it: that is a fact shown by evidence; interpretation is what happens in the court room -- unless of course, the judge (system) doesn't allow it.

    • @Bruss813

      He can show his injuries if his defense is 1.) self defense or 2.) if his attacker is being prosecuted. None of that happened, so LEGALLY its irrelevant to show his injuries.

      I really enjoyed that Katy Williams interview and I think he had some really good point, but it gets to a point gentlemen, where we should stand strong for our fellow man because this is common amongst couples. How many times your girl tries to grab or actually grab our phone and we have to wrestle with her to get it back...??? The only difference is he's a celebrity. It's becoming a scary shift regarding how men deal with other men. We're becoming our female counterparts in the way we think and feel towards other men and instead of making fun of this man we should be supportive because as I said... this is us and once this happens to you how would you like to be treated.

Her chasing him for long like blocks like wtf 😂 it’s like she won’t go away and some women they do that type of stuff get in a man face to provoke him hit him and just get him all worked up and then they just waiting for the anger so they can play victim, it’s sad and I don’t wanna raise my daughter like that. If you found evidence of him cheating it’s time for you to walk away it’s better in store for you. Take the high road instead of engaging in fights. They were both toxic to each other. The text messages were giving narcissistic vibes ( from major’s part). He is coming off as being manipulative, a liar, and controlling. He looked like he was acting in the interview.
      I am not sure if he was physically violent, but psychological violence always goes unpunished and I think he deserves to have some consequences.

    Ok. I hope yall are really getting what happened here. He cheated on her and she wasn't having it. Now that has happened in many relationships where a partner does not move on in the best manner, the cheater and/or the one cheated on. I don't think that this situation deserves jail time, but people need to be careful as to how you treat other people. If you are non-monogamous be honest about it, and if you need to move on do so respectfully. Oh and that text message might of came from Ms. M. Good, his Coretta Scott King( yep that was messy😂). Geesh...

She did not stay in the car call police or stand outside call police - she chased him for blocks. This is beyond bizarre...men at any moment when you realize you not doing it leave immediately like a ghost for your own safety.

He looks tense and his answers are hesitant ( probably because he’s still waiting on sentencing) I would not have advised this. It really is tragic how one moment can destroy someone's life. I don't know the man, I don't know his history or what is true or isn't. From what I've seen of the video footage my opinion (which is worthless) is he was trying to calmly keep her away from him. Him picking her up and putting her in the car was him trying as calmly as he could show her that he COULD forcefully keep her away from him if he wanted but that he needed to be away. Once he realized she wasn't going to listen the man literally runs away. He is running away from someone chasing after him. Like he said reverse the role... it wouldn't even have to be a black man. I know if it were a white man chasing her down the man would be vilified no matter what she had done to him. Again, I don't pretend to know him or how he treated her emotionally in the relationship. But I personally feel in this moment he doesn't deserve what has happened to him.
