Exact quote from the driver of the car
“He was trying to get rid of her”
“He was saying “Leave me alone, I have to go”
“He was not doing anything, she was doing everything”
And the jury ignored this statement.

Yes, it's unbelievable. The driver, witness for the prosecution, saw and heard everything. The prosecutors then tried to dismiss and discredit their own witness: because he was foreign, didn't see what was happening inside his own vehicle, the language barrier, etc.

Salty YT tears will always drown out a Black man’s innocence. Black men can barely win against Black women, imagine how hard it is to win against a YT woman. Boy started fighting an uphill battle the moment he started to date YT. Hopefully he sticks with other minorities in the future. YT companies like Disney dropped him immediately just like they did Johnny Depp and I hope he remembers this in the future. This is a major life lesson for him.

As a survivor of DV, I have chased my ex to explain myself for fighting back,or explain why I am upset. It’s part of the cycle of abuse. They make excuses for beating you up and then if you fought back, then they turn it around and say things like, “see you abuse to”. You really feel like the DV abuser needs help, you feel like if you over explain they will get it, you feel like you did something to cause them to attack you first. So her taking his phone away, she probably wanted to explain it to him. She also lives with this man. So running after the person you think you love, isn’t out of the scope of what a person I’m a relationship getting assaulted would do. One thing i notice about Majors is, he literally admits everything and explains it away. He admits throwing a candle but minimizes it. He admits forcing her in the car, but minimizes it, he admits taking back his phone with a struggle. But he can’t explain a broken finger, he can’t explain her laceration behind her ear, he can’t explain why she woke up completely unconscious. Then he has these text messages that says don’t go to the hospital cause it will look bad. Then he talks about killing himself. All of this is classic DV perp stuff.

It was the DA decision to not press charges against her because she was their star witness. It was revealed in court the DA covered her flight and hotel cost. It was also shared the DA May have offered her a deal (USA work permit to testify against Majors). The case should not have gone to trial or blown up the way it did. Only did cause Majors is a celebrity and Braggs is trying to make a name for himself.

Majors put Jabari back in the car after she crawled across the seat to further assault and harass him for making her feel jealous. The conviction essentially boils down to "in an attempt to deescalate and remove himself from the car and the situation, Mr. Majors may have injured Jabari." Interesting, Jabari's charges were dropped and the photos Majors took of his injuries were inadmissible in court. The cab driver tried to give more details and the judge stopped him after he began to discuss how Jabari was the aggressor. The medical examiner could not rule out that Jabari's injuries weren't self inflicted, and there is enough doubt to question if Majors was the primary cause of them. The problem here for Majors and other men is there is no win-win situation. He could have ran away and it would still all be his fault. Male victims do not exist.

Nowadays in our world everybody just so quick to judge and point finger . saying their opinions of who a person should date what they should have seen before hand exc. However ,this man was someone's father son brother and we all have made mistakes in our lives. It's unfortunate he had to lose his career over a mistake. We can sit here and judge from the outside and say what he should have done . Until you're in the situation and the things you love or taken you can never say what a person would or should do .let's just send this brother love.

His actions don’t match his words. And that face he gives at the end speaks volumes after accepting responsibility and not accepting responsibility at the same time. What a great actor. Court don't see the evidence that she took his phone from him and he trying to get it back and then when she went to the club with his credit card and spend his money. Getting drunk, but while she is drunk, half of a time you don't know what you are doing right. Ask yourself this question. How do you get back at a ex boyfriend? You stage things!!!! You get the evidence that you had been collecting, audios, pictures, and create a scene to fool the police, DA. Something that Amber Heard did to Johnny Deep just for the people to see him Guilty.
