It's short for permanent and it makes straight hair permanently curly. There is a straight perm too for curly haired people.

I got my hair relaxed after I bleached it and it was pretty much breaking off just brushing it
They probably don't care lmao he'll probably end up shaving his head after
you can perm bleached hair but you have to use a low volume chemical. like .5. leave it on for about a minute then wash out.
he most likely won't have the bleached
